«Այսօր ժամը 12-ին լրանում է 16 կուսակցությունների կողմից վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին տրված ժամկետը՝ հրաժարական ներկայացնելու համար։ Դա տեղի չունենալու դեպքում ընդդիմադիր կուսակցությունները խոստանում են ողջ հանրապետության տարածքում անհնազանդության ակցիաներ իրականացնել։ Ակնհայտ է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չի ենթարկվելու այդ վերջնագրին և հրաժարական չի ներկայացնելու, այսինքն՝ մեծ հավանականությամբ, գործելու է երկրորդ սցենարը՝ անհնազանդության ակցիաներ։

Միաժամանակ քաղաքական-տեղեկատվական տիրույթում գեներացվում է հնարավոր քաղաքացիական բախման սպառնալիքի մասին թեզը։ Դա գեներացվում է այն համատեքստում, որ ընդդիմության գործողությունները հղի են քաղաքացիական բախման վտանգով։ Չի ասվում, բայց ակնարկվում է պարզագույն գործարքը՝ եթե չեք ցանկանում, որ քաղաքացիական բախումներ լինեն, Աստված մի արասցե, մարդիկ զոհվեն, ուրեմն մի մասնակցեք ընդդիմության ակցիաներին։ Կրկին չի ասվում, բայց նույն տրամաբանությունից բխեցվում է, որ հնարավոր բախման մեղավորն ընդդիմությունն է։

Ակնհայտ է, որ քաղաքական ռահվիրաներից մինչև ֆեյսբուքյան ավանտյուրիստների մակարդակով հասունացվող այս թեզի իրական շահառուն իշխանությունն է՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։ Այդ թեզը տարածողները, սակայն, խնամքով թաքցնում են, որ հնարավոր բախման պատասխանատուն լինելու է իշխանությունը՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ոչ միայն այն պատճառով, որ երկրում կատարվող ցանկացած գործընթացի թիվ մեկ պատասխանատուն իշխանությունն է, այլ որովհետև բախումների միջոցով նա կարող է տեսնել իշխանությունը թեկուզ մեկ օրով ավելի պահպանելու հեռանկար։

Այսինքն՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նման միջնորդավորված տեղեկատվական սպառնալիքներով ուղերձ է հղում այն մասին, որ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում ինքը չի վարանելու բողոքի ակցաների մասնակիցների վրա կրակելու հրաման տալ, և եթե քաղաքացիները չեն ցանկանում դառնալ այդ հրամանի զոհը, պետք է չմասնակցեն բողոքի ակցիաներին։

Ու ստացվում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը քաղաքացիներին վաճառում է նրանց չսպանելու հնարավորությունը, մոտավորապես այնպես, ինչպես փորձ արեց գերիների ու անհետ կորածների խնդրի լուծումը պայմանավորել իր դեմ պայքարի դադարեցմամբ։ Սա ինչ-որ իմաստով սադրանք է հասարակության դեմ, և հասարակությունն իր վարքագծով պետք է ցույց տա՝ որքանով է ենթարկվում իշխանության շանտաժին։ Բոլոր դեպքերում իրավիճակն իսկապես չափազանց պայթյունավտանգ է, և դրա այս կամ այն հանգուցալուծումը կախված է լինելու նրանից, թե կողմերից որ մեկը և որ չափով է նպատակին հասնելու համար խտրություն դնելու միջոցների մեջ։ Այսօր ճակատագրական կարող է լինել ոչ միայն ու գուցե ոչ այնքան Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, որքան՝ Հայաստանի համար ընդհանրապես»,-գրում է թերթը:
