Ադրբեջանագետ Անժելա Էլիբեգովան ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

«Ադրբեջանը Դադիվանքը հանձնեց ուդիներին։ Նույն ճակատագիրը սպասվում ա մեր այլ վանքերին և եկեղեցիներին, որոնք հանձնվեցին Ադրբեջանին։

Ուդիները Կովկասյան Աղվանքի միակ քրիստոնյա մնացած ժառանգներն են։ 26 ցեղերից մնացածը մահմեդականացվեցին և նույնպես շարունակում են բնակվել Ադրբեջանի հյուսիսային շրջաններում։ Ուդիները Ադրբեջանում շատ չեն։ Կան, ի դեպ, նաև Հայաստանում, հիմնականում ասիմիլացված։

Ադրբեջանի տարածքում մնացած ամբողջ մեր պատմա-մշակութային ժառանգությունը հայերին արտաքսելուց հետո վերագրվեց «ալբանական» շրջանին ու փոխանցվեց ուդիներին։

Քանի որ վանքերի պատեր, խաչքարեր ու տապանաքարեր՝ բոլորը հայերեն տառերով գրություններ ունեին, կամ շլիֆովկա էր արվում, կամ ավելի զավեշտալի միջոց էր գտնվում՝ շուռ էին տալիս 180 աստիճան և պնդում, որ տառերը «աղվանական այբուբենով են»։

Քանի որ նման այբուբեն գոյություն չի ունեցել հնարվեց լեգենդ՝ հայերը բոլոր գրությունները աղվաներենով գողացել են և ոչնչացրել։ Այդ հակագիտական քարոզչության հիմքում կանգնած էին դեռ սովետական շրջանում ակադեմիկոս Զիյա Բունիյաթովը ու Ֆարիդա Մամեդովան։

Ադրբեջանական տարածքում թողեցին միայն մի հայկական եկեղեցի Բաքվում, հանեցին խաչը և դարձրեցին գրապահոց, որ ցույց տան դրսից եկող պատվիրակություններին իրենց «տոլերանտությունը»։ Նույնիսկ Ջուղայի հայկական խաչքարները ոչնչացնելուց արդարացնում էին դրանց «աղվանական» լինելով, իբր մեր ժառանգությունն ա, ուզում ենք, ջարդում ենք։

Իհարկե պետական մարմինները պիտի հրատապ դիմեին ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՈ և այլ միջազգային կառույցներ, որպեսզի կանխվի հայկական եկեղեցիների «աղվանականացումը», բայց...»:
