Հավելումն այսօր տվածս՝ տեսաուղերձում բռնության կոչեր անող անձին ձերբակալելու մասին տեղեկատվության, ուզում եմ նշել, որ քիչ առաջ պարզեցի, որ նա ազատ է արձակվել՝ ձերբակալումը ոչ իրավաչափ ճանաչելու մասին դատարանի որոշման հիման վրա։ Այս մասին հայտում է Գլխավոր դատախազի խորհրդական Գոռ Աբրահամյանը։
«Այսուհանդերձ, նրա նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդումը շարունակվում է»,-նշել է նա։
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ ձերբակալվել է սոցիալական ցանցում արցախցիների, մի քանի քաղաքական գործիչների նկատմամբ բռնության կոչեր հնչեցրած անձը։ 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 13-ին «Ֆեյսբուք» սոցիալական ցանցի օգտատերերից մեկի էջին հրապարակվել էր տեսաուղերձ, որտեղ ավտոմեքենայի սրահում գտնվող 4 անձանցից առջեւի ձախ նստատեղին նստած անձը քաղաքական առանձին ուժերի ներկայացուցիչների, ինչպես նաեւ արցախցիների նկատմամբ հնչեցնում է բռնություն գործադրելու հրապարակային կոչեր՝ դրանք զուգակցելով վերջիններիս հասցեին վիրավորական արտահայտություններով:
Ոստիկանության Երեւան քաղաքի վարչության շտաբի հետաքննության բաժնում դեկտեմբերի 2-ին հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 226.2-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով:
