Mediaport-ի աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ դեռևս հոկտեմբերի 8-ին ԱԱԾ տնօրենի պաշտոնից ազատված Արգիշտի Քյարամյանն անհասկանալի պատճառներով շարունակել է գտնվել Արցախում։ Նա գնդապետի համազգեստով ազատ ելումուտ է ունեցել Պաշտպանական բանակի բունկեր՝ ներկա գտնվելով ռազմական օպերացիաների քննարկմանը։

Ավելին, նոյեմբերի սկզբին նա նշանակվել է Շուշի պաշտպանության կազկակերպման պատասխանատուի տեղակալ և տեղափոխվել Շուշի։  Երբ ՊՆ նորանշանակ հրամանատար Միքայել Արզումանյանն առարկել է Արայիկ Հարությունյանին՝ նշելով, որ անթույլատելի է որևէ ռազմական փորձ չունեցող Քյարամյանին նշանակել այդպիսի պատասխանատու պաշտոնին, Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանն ասել, որ դա Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ուղղակի հանձնարականն է։

Սակայն Ադրբեջանական առաջին փոքրաթիվ դիվերսիոն խմբի ներթափանցումից ժամեր առաջ՝ նոյեմբերի 6-ի վաղ առավոտյան Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը հայտնել է, որ Արցախում իր պարտականությաւններն ամբողջությամբ կատարված են, և նստելով Ինկասացիայի մեքենան, հեռացել է Շուշիից։ 

Հիշեցնենք, որ Արգիշտի Քյարամյանին պատերազմի ընթացքում ԱԱԾ տնօրենի պաշտոնից հեռացման պատճառների վերաբերյալ որևէ պաշտոնական պարզաբանում չի տրամադրվել։
Արգիշտի Քյարամյանի անվան հետ է կապված նաև ազգությամբ ադրբեջանցի Իրանի բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիների ՀՀ անձնագրեր տրամադրելու սկանդալային պատմությունը, որը ևս մինչ օրս չի պարզաբանվել:
