Հայաստանը ժամանակին ձեռք է բերել նաեւ ՏՈՌ համակարգեր, որոնք շահագործելու համար լուրջ նախապատրաստություն պետք է անցնեին: Այս մասին Yerevan Today-ին տված հարցազրույցում նշել է Ռազմարդյունաբերության կոմիտեի նախկին նախագահ Ավետիք Քերոբյանը:
«Ես կարծում եմ, որ դրանք ձեռք բերելուց հետո մինչեւ ռազմական գործողությունների սկիզբը եղած ժամանակը բավարար չի եղել այդ սպառազինությունը սպասարկող անձնակազմեր պատրաստելու համար: Մենք չէինք կարող հասցնել սպասարկող անձնակազմեր պատրաստել: Բայց եղել է նաեւ տեխնիկա, որի համար անձնակազմեր չեն պատրաստվել: Խոսքը եւ հակաօդային պաշտպանության տեխնիկային, եւ ռադիոէլեկտրոնային պայքարի տեխնիկային: Դրանց համար օգտագործման պլաններ էլ չեն եղել»,-ասաց նա:
Ինչ վերաբերում է 42 մլն դոլարի սպառազինությանը, որի վերաբերյալ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասել էր, որ նախկին իշխանությունները մետաղի ջարդոն են գնել, Ավետիս Քերոբյանն ասաց, որ խոսքը բավական հեռանկարային սպառազինության՝ ռադիոէլեկտրոնային պայքարի համակարգերի մասին է:
«Նման կարգի տեխնիկան կարիք ունի երկարատեւ շահագործման, արտադրողի հետ անընդհատ հետադարձ կապի: Դրա շահագործումը պետք է լինի ըստ ուղեցույց-փաստաթղթերի: Հաստատ կարող եմ ասել, որ այդ տեխնիկան անպետք մետաղի ջարդոն որակելը առնվազն սխալ է:
Այդ տեխնիկան սահմանված կարգով ընդունվել է մեր զինված ուժերի կողմից: Այսինքն խոսք չի կարող լինել այն մասին, որ արտադրողը փորձել է փոխանցել բնութագրերին չհամապատասխանող տեխնիկա»,-ասաց նա:
Նկատենք, որ Փաշինյանի այդ հայտարարությունից հետո քրեական գործ է հարուցվել, սակայն այն ոչ մի հետագա զարգացում չի ունեցել, իսկ ձերբակալված զինվորականն էլ ազատ է արձակվել:
