Հարգելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
Քասախ համայնքի սիրելի բնակիչներ,
Պատերազմական օրերին հայ զինվորը, սպան, գեներալն ու կամավորականը արեցին առավելագույնը մեր հայկական պետականությունների սահմաններն անառիկ ու անվտանգ պահելու համար: Ուժերի գերլարումով էր օժանդակում նաև հայ հասարակությունը՝ ամուր պահելով առաջնագծի թիկունքը:
Սակայն, մեզ համար հայրենական դարձած այս պատերազմում մեր դրսևորած արիությունը բավարար չեղավ: Պատերազմի հաղթանակը պիտի ցանկանային և դրա գործին լծվեին իշխանական ամենաբարձր օղակներում գտնվող անձինք: Ցավոք, դա տեղի չունեցավ:
Ստեղծված իրավիճակը թելադրում է նոր պայմաններ: Գործող վարչախումբը ստորագրելով կապիտուլյացիոն խայտառակ փաստաթուղթը, զրկեց մեզ մեր հայրենիքի համար մղվով հայրենական պատերազմը ևս մեկ անգամ հաղթանակով ամրագրելու հնարավորությունից:
Հայաստանը չի ունեցել և չպետք է ունենա պարտված ղեկավար: Հայ ժողովուրդը երբեք թուրքի առաջ ծնկի չի գալու: Մեր պետության հիմնասյուները հետևողականորեն քայքայած ու կազմաքանդած անձինք չեն կարող լինել ՀՀ-ում իշխանություն:
Հարգելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, Քասախ համայնքի հարյուրավոր բնակիչների հետ միանում եմ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականը պահանջող մեր հազարավոր հայրենակիցներին: Կոչ եմ անում միանալ հայրենիքի փրկության շարժմանը: Մեր երկրին անհրաժեշտ են հմուտ, հայրենասեր ու արժանապատիվ կառավարիչներ:
