Սերգեյ Շոյգուն մանրամասնորեն խոսել է Արցախում ռուս խաղաղապահների աշխատանքի մասին

Ռուս խաղաղապահներն անում են ամեն ինչ Արցախում խաղաղությունը պահպանելու համար, նրանց ջանքերի շնորհիվ արդեն ավելի քան 30 հազար մարդ վերադարձել է Ստեփանակերտ: Այս մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ Պաշտպանության նախարար Սերգեյ Շոյգուն:

«Հակամարտության գոտի ուղարկված խաղաղապահները թույլ են տվել կարգավորել տարածաշրջանի իրավիճակը: Եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ հաստատված հրադադարի ռեժիմը պահպանվում է:

Նշեմ, որ մեր զինվորականները գործում են պրոֆեսիոնալ կերպով, անում են ամեն ինչ տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության պահպանման համար»,-ասել է նա:

Շոյգուի խոսքերով, խաղաղապահների աջակցությամբ շարունակվում է Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև զոհերի մարմինների փոխանակումը։

«Ապահովվել է ավելի քան 30 հազար փախստականի վերադարձ»:

Ռուս զինվորականները նաև ականազերծում են ճանապարհները և այլ տարածքներ. «Ականազերծվել է ավելի քան 50 հա տարածք, ավելի քան 17 կմ ճանապարհ, վնասազերծվել է ավելի քան հազար պայթուցիկ: Ականազերծվել է Լաչինի միջանցքը, մինչև Ստեփանակերտ հասնող ճանապարհը, որն ունի 28 կմ երկարություն: Դրանով անցնում են քաղաքացիական տրանսպորտային միջոցները»:

Նախարարը նշել է, որ Լաչինի միջանցքով խաղաղապահներն ուղեկցել են 3,5 հազար ավտոմեքենա: Բացի դրանից, ավարտվել է Արևելյան ռազմական շրջանի բժշկական ստորաբաժանման տեղակայումը, որն ունի ժամանակակից սարքավորումների, վիրահատություններ անելու հնարավորություն: Անձնակազմը սկսել է օգնություն ցուցաբերել զինվորարականներին, ինչպես նաև տեղի բնակչությանը:

«Կապ է հաստատվել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ղեկավարության, ԿԽՄԿ-ի և փախստականների հարցերով ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր հանձնակատարի հետ»,-ասել է նախարար Շոյգուն:
