ԱՄՆ 2021 թ. ռազմական բյուջեն նախատեսում է պատժամիջոցներ սահմանել Թուրքիայի նկատմամբ ռուսական զենիթահրթիռային С-400 համակարգեր գնելու համար

ԱՄՆ 2021 թ. պաշտպանական բյուջեի նախագիծը, որին հավանություն են տվել Կոնգրեսի երկու պալատները, նախատեսում է անպայման պատժամիջոցներ կիրառել Թուրքիայի նկատմամբ ռուսական զենիթահրթիռային С-400 համակարգեր գնելու պատճառով, հաղորդում է ТАСС-ը:
«Այս օրենքի` ուժի մեջ մտնելուց ոչ ուշ, քան 30 օր հետո ԱՄՆ նախագահը պետք է հինգ կամ ավելի սահմանափակում կիրառի ցանկացածի դեմ, ով ներգրավված է եղել С-400 համակարգերի ձեռք բերման գործընթացներում»,- նշված է նախագծում:
ԱՄՆ-ում քանիցս անհանգստություն են հայտնել Թուրքիայի կողմից C-400 ձեռք բերելու կապակցությամբ, քանի որ կարծում Էին, թե Ռուսաստանն այդ համակարգերը կարող Է օգտագործել հինգերորդ սերնդի F-35 ռոբակոծիչ կործանիչների մասին տեղեկատվություն ստանալու համար:
Բացի այդ, Պենտագոնում հայտարարել են, որ Թուրքիան պետք Է С-400 զենիթահրթիռային համակարգերը Ռուսաստանին վերադարձնի, եթե Անկարան ցանկանում Է ԱՄՆ-ից ստանալ Patriot հրթիռային համակարգեր: Արդյունքում Վաշինգտոնը F-35A-ի արտադրության ծրագրից Անկարային բացառել Էր անցյալ տարվա հուլիսին այն բանից հետո, երբ Թուրքիան ձեռք բերեց C-400, հաղորդել Է «Ինտերֆաքս» գործակալությունը:
С-400 համակարգերի առաջին խմբաքանակի ձեռք բերման շուրջ պայմանագիրը Թուրքիայի և Ռուսաստանի կառավարությունները կնքել էին 2017 թվականին։ Գործարքի ընդհանուր ծավալը 2 միլիարդ 500 միլիոն ամերիկյան դոլար էր։ С-400-ների առաջին դիվիզիոնը Թուրքիա առաքվեց 2019 թվականի ամռանը՝ առաջացնելով Անկարայի դաշնակիցների, նախևառաջ` ամերիկացիների խիստ դժգոհությունը։ ՆԱՏՕ-ի ղեկավարությունը պնդում է, որ ռուսաստանյան արտադրության զենիթահրթիառային համակարգերը անհամատեղելի են դաշինքի հակաօդային պաշտպանության միասնական համակարգի հետ, որի կարևորագույն օղակներից մեկը հենց Թուրքիան է։
Պաշտոնական Անկարան սակայն պնդում էր, որ С-400 համակարգերի ձեռք բերումը ոչ թե քաղաքական, այլ զուտ ռազմական հարց է։
