Արցախի Շահումյանի շրջանի Չարեքտար գյուղի  հրդեհված առանձնատների վերակառուցման աշխատանքների մեկնարկը նախատեսվում է առաջիկա օրերին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում տեղեկացրեց  համայնքի ղեկավար Կամո Ցականյանը: 

«Գյուղի վերակառուցման ծրագիրն իրականացնելու է Արցախի քաղաքաշինության նախարարությունը: Արդեն պայմանավորվածություն կա նաև շինարարական կազմակերպությունների հետ:   Պատերազմի ավարտից հետո  տեղեկություն ստացանք, որ գյուղը Շահումյանի մյուս բնակավայրերի հետ  անցնելու է ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի վերահսկողության ներքո:  Չարեքտարցիների հեռանալուց հետո գյուղի տները  մեծամասամբ հրդեհվել են: Մոտ 55 առանձնատնից  միայն 10 տոկոսն է պահպանվել: Նպատակադրում ունենք ոչ միայն վերակառուցել նախկինում ունեցածը, այլ նաև ավելացնել  տների քանակը: Այս պահին մենք քաղաքաշինության նախարարության պատասխանատուների հետ ուսումնասիրում ենք: Այն առանձնատները, որոնք վառվելուց հետո ենթակա չեն վերականգնման կքանդվեն և հիմքից կվերակառուցվեն: Այնպես ենք անելու, որ վերակառուցման աշխատանքերին ներկա լինեն նաև բնակարանատերերը, որոնք կառավարությունից նաև ֆինանսական աջակցություն կստանան»,-մանրամասնել է Չարեքտարի գյուղապետը՝ հավելելով, որ բոլոր չարեքտարցիները վերադառնալու ցանկություն են հայտնել: Բացի այդ, կփորձեն նաև գյուղում վերաբնակեցնել հարևան համայնքների բնակիչների:

 

Անդրադառնալով համացանցում լայնորեն տարածվող տեսանյութի վերաբերյալ հարցին, ըստ որի` Չարեքտարի բնակիչ Աշոտ Սևյանը նշում է, որ գյուղը չլքելու վճռականության շնորհիվ է այն մնացել Արցախի սահմաններում, գյուղապետը նշեց, որ Չարեքտարը նախկինում գտնվել է Մարտակերտի շրջանի վարչական տարածքում: 

«Այնպես չէ, որ բոլոր բնակիչները լքել էին գյուղը: Գյուղի բոլոր տղամարդիկ առաջնագծում են եղել և դիրքերից իջել են միայն այն ժամանակ երբ Շահումյանի շրջանը փաստացի  անցել է Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ: Այդ ժամանակ  պարզ դարձավ, որ  Չարեքտարը մնալու է Արցախի սահմաններում, քանի որ ըստ վարչատարածքային բաժանման նախկինում ընդգրկված է եղել Մարտակերտի շրջանում: Ներկայում էլ, գյուղում 3-4 մարդ են բնակվում՝ այդ թվում նաև Աշոտ Սևյանը, ով վիրավորվել է Արցախյան ազատամարտի տարիներին»,-ասաց  Կամո Ցականյանը:
