Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը գերիների մասով նոր մոտեցումն ունե՞ն

Դեկտեմբերի 2-ին փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանն ընդունել է Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինին:
Ողջունելով հյուրին՝ փոխվարչապետը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ռուսական կողմին Արցախում ռազմական գործողությունների դադարեցման ու հրադադարի հաստատման գործում ունեցած առանցքային դերակատարության համար:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում հանգամանորեն քննարկվել են գերիների փոխանակման գործընթացին, անհետ կորած անձանց որոնողական աշխատանքներին ու զոհվածների դիերի հայտնաբերման գործողություններին վերաբերող հարցերը: Փոխվարչապետը նշել է, որ այս խնդիրները Հայաստանի կառավարության օրակարգում առաջնային ու հրատապ տեղ են գրավում և ամեն ինչ արվում է գործընթացը հնարավորինս արագացնելու համար:
Տիգրան Ավինյանն ասել է, որ գերիների փոխանակման գործընթացում հայկական կողմն առաջարկում է կիրառել «բոլորը բոլորի դիմաց» սկզբունքը: Բացի այդ, առաջարկվում է ստեղծել մեխանիզմ, որի համաձայն եթե ապագայում կողմերից որևէ մեկի մոտ նոր գերիներ հայտնվեն, ապա նրանք անմիջապես ու առանց որևէ նախապայմանների պետք է հետ վերադարձվեն:
Դեսպան Կոպիրկինը նշել է, որ գերիների, անհետ կորածների ու զոհվածների դիերի հայտնաբերման հարցերը գտնվում են Ռուսաստանի բարձրագույն ղեկավարության ուշադրության կենտրոնում, որը հատուկ նշանակություն է տալիս 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության դրույթների համապարփակ իրականացմանը:
Փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը կարևորել է Արցախի բնակչության հումանիտար խնդիրների լուծման հարցում Ռուսաստանի ցուցաբերած օգնությունը: Նա նաև ընդգծել է միջազգային հումանիտար կազմակերպությունների Արցախ անխափան մուտքի կարևորությունը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ «բոլորը բոլորի դիմաց» սկզբունքի մասին խոսել էր նաև ադրբեջանական կողմը:
