ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախկին պատգամավոր Մանե Թանդիլյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառում է կատարել․
«ԱՊՐԵԼՈՒ ԱՐՑԱԽ
Սիրելի հայ ժողովուրդ,
Մեր երկիրն այսօր ապրում է մեր պատմության ամենածանր ժամանակներից մեկը։ Մեր ցավը խորն է ու ծանր, աներևակայելի՝ հերոս զինվորների ծնողների, հարազատների վիշտը․․․
Մեր հերոս տղաները իրենց կյանքը չեն խնայել Արցախի համար, ուրեմն՝ Արցախը պետք է ապրի, նաև մեր պարտքն է՝ ապրեցնել Արցախը։ Պատահածից հետո շատ դժվար է շարունակել ապրել, մտածել, ելքեր փնտրել, բայց պարտավոր ենք․․․ պարտավոր ենք վերականգնվել, վերաիմաստավորել արժեքներ, չհանձնվել ու չհրաժարվել ուժեղ, խելացի, հզոր Հայաստան ու Արցախ ունենալու երազանքից՝ վերածելով այդ երազանքը ամենօրյա չափելի գործողությունների և արդյունքի։ Այլապես, ի՛նչ իմաստ ունի մեր գոյությունը այսքանից հետո։
Մենք պարտվել ենք ճակատամարտը, պատերազմը սակայն դեռ չի ավարտվել։ Նոր ճակատամարտում մենք պետք է ապրենք, զարգանանք, հզորանանք՝ հանուն վերջնական հաղթանակի։
Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ, ինչպես նախկինում հայտնել եմ, ունեմ առողջական խնդիրներ, որի բուժման նպատակով հոկտեմբերին պետք է մեկնեի արտերկիր, սակայն պատերազմը շատերիս փոխարեն որոշումներ կայացրեց։ Պատերազմի ավարտից անմիջապես հետո այցելեցի Արցախ։ Ծանոթանալով ստեղծված իրավիճակին՝ ինձ պարզ դարձավ, որ ընդհատում եմ բուժումս և տեղափոխվում ապրելու Արցախ։ Պարզապես ապրելու․․․
Այդ ժամանակ իմ իսկ նախաձեռնությամբ հանդիպել եմ Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանին, տեղեկացնելով, որ որոշել եմ տեղափոխվել Արցախ և պատրաստ եմ օգնելու Արցախին և Արցախի ժողովրդին ուժերիս ներածի չափով։ Արցախի նախագահը ուրախ էր դա լսել և խնդրեց դիտարկել մի քանի հնարավորություն։
Այսօր արդեն Արցախում եմ և հետագա անելիքներիս մասին հնարավորություն կունենամ տեղեկացնելու։ Սակայն վստահ եմ՝ ինչպիսի ձևաչափով էլ լինի, ինչ կարգավիճակում էլ լինեմ, արդեն որոշել եմ իմ առաջիկա անելիքը՝ ապրել և ապրեցնել Արցախը հայերեն․․․
