ԹԻՐԱԽ №8. ՌԱԶՄԱԿԱՆ ՏԵԽՆԻԿԱՅԻ ՎԵՐԱՆՈՐՈԳՄԱՆ ԲԱԶԱՆԵՐ
Պատերազմի ժամանակ բանակի մարտունակությունը պահելու համար կարեւոր նշանակություն ունի նաեւ վնասված ու փչացած տեխնիկայի հնարավորինս արագ վերանորոգումը եւ շարք վերադարձնելը։
Պատերազմի օրերին ադրբեջանական կողմը որպես առաջնային վերանորոգման կետ օգտագործում էր Բայլական (Բեյլագան) քաղաքի զորամասերից մեկը, որտեղ վերականգնվում էին այդ թվում մեզնից վերցված տանկերը:
Ռազմական տեխնիկայի նորոգման համար նախատեսված մեկ այլ, ավելի խոշոր մի բազա տեղակայված է Բաքվի հարավ-արեւելքում գտնվող Ղարադաղի շրջանում՝ Բաքվից դուրս եկող ճանապարհի եւ երկաթգծի մոտ: Այստեղ վերանորոգում են անցնում ինչպես տանկեր ու այլ զրահատեխնիկա, այնպես էլ՝ հրետանային միջոցներ:
Ընդ որում այս բազայի մոտ է գտնվում նաեւ երկաթուղու բեռնման կետը, որտեղ առաջնագիծ ուղարկվելու համար վագոնների վրա էր բարձվում 4-րդ բանակային կորպուսի թրթուրավոտ տեխնիկան։
Վերանորոգման այս բազայի եւ նրա մոտի երկաթուղու բեռնման կետի թիրախավորումը թեեւ «ակնթարթային» ազդեցություն չէր թողնելու ընթացող մարտական գործողությունների վրա, սակայն արդեն երկարաժամկետ պլանում թուլացնելու էր Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ վերականգնման տեմպերը եւ, որ պակաս կարեւոր չէ, դանդաղեցնելու էր 4-րդ կորպուսի տեղափոխումը ռազմաճակատ։ Այս ամենն իր ազդեցությունն էր թողնելու ադրբեջանական բանակի եւ՛ մարտունակության, եւ՛ հարձակման տեմպի ու արդյունավետության վրա։
