«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.
Մեր տեղեկություններով, ավելի քան 5-ամսյա ձգձգումից, բոլոր ժամկետները խախտելուց հետո, երբ ի վերջո Սահմանադրական դատարանը քննելիս է եղել Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի դիմումների ընդունելության հարցը, որոնցով բարձրացվել են հունիսի 26-ի սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների սահմանադրականության հարցերը, «պատահական զուգադիպությամբ» ՍԴ նորընտիր նախագահ Արման Դիլանյանը զանգ է ստացել՝ մասնակցելու վարչապետի մոտ երեկ հրավիրված դատաիրավական համակարգի ղեկավարների հանդիպմանը:
Նա այնքան է ոգեւորվել հրավերից, որ ցանկացել է անմիջապես ընդմիջել ՍԴ նիստը, որ շտապի Փաշինյանի հետ հանդիպմանը: Սակայն միամտաբար բարձրաձայնել է, որ իրեն հրավիրել են ոչ թե կառավարությունից, այլ զանգել է Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի մի մասնագետ: Սա զայրացրել է ՍԴ մի շարք դատավորների:
Արման Դիլանյանը չի մասնակցել հանդիպմանը, սակայն ոչ թե այն պատճառով, որ ազդվել է գործընկերների արձագանքից, այլ կառավարությունից չեն հաստատել հրավերը: Իսկ հրավիրելու իմաստ վարչապետը չի տեսել, որովհետեւ Դիլանյանն առանց այն էլ պատրաստակամ է կատարել Փաշինյանի բոլոր հրահանգները` Վահե Գրիգորյանի հրամանատարությամբ:
Նրան միայն ակնարկվել է, թե ինչպես պետք է հանգուցալուծի Քոչարյանի դիմումները, եւ, ըստ այդմ, դրանք մերժվել են:
