«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարությունը հանրային քննարկման է ներկայացրել նախագիծ, որով առաջարկվում է փոփոխություն կատարել կառավարության 2006 թվականի նոյեմբերի 2-ի N 1911-Ն որոշման մեջ։ Նախագծի հիմնավորման մեջ նշվում է, որ դրա ընդունման անհրաժեշտությունը պայմանավորված է Շիրակի մարզի ազգաբնակչությանը մատչելի, հասանելի և առավել ռացիոնալ ծախսարդյունավետ բժշկական ծառայություններով ապահովելու անհրաժեշտությամբ:
Ինչի՞ մասին է խոսքը։ Նշվում է, որ ներկայումս «Մարալիկի առողջության կենտրոն» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության մանկաբարձագինեկոլոգիական ծառայությունը թերծանրաբեռնված է, կենտրոնն ապահովված չէ համապատասխան մասնագետներով։ Հենց այս պատճառով պետական գերատեսչությունները նպատակահարմար են համարում լուծարել մանկաբարձագինեկոլոգիական բաժանմունքը՝ այն վերածելով «Մարալիկի առողջության կենտրոն» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության՝ կազմված պոլիկլինիկական մասից՝ ցերեկային ստացիոնար բուժման 2 պալատով և շտապ օգնության ծառայությունից: Այս որոշումն ուժի մեջ է մտնելու պաշտոնական հրապարակմանը հաջորդող օրվանից:
Հիշեցնենք, որ այս կառավարությունն ընտրեց բուժհաստատություններ միավորելու, լուծարելու, վերապրոֆիլավորելու քաղաքականությունը՝ ականջալուր չլինելով մասնագետների հորդորներին, որ մարզերում և, ինչու ոչ, նաև մայրաքաղաքում անթույլատրելի է հիվանդանոց փակելը: Ի վերջո, մենք փաստացի պատերազմական գոտում գտնվող պետություն ենք: Ցավոք, պատերազմի կանխատեսումն իրականություն դարձավ, դրանից առաջ վրա էր հասել համաճարակը, որի դեմ պայքարում էին և շարունակում են պայքարել առողջապահության համակարգի նվիրյալները: Այս պայմաններում ակնհայտ է, թե ինչ գերծանրաբեռնված պայմաններում են աշխատում մեր հիվանդանոցները՝ վիրավոր զինծառայողներ, կորոնավիրուսով վարակակիրներ, բուժօգնության կարիք ունեցող քաղաքացիներ: Բայց, փաստորեն, բժշկական բաժանմունքներ փակելու, բուժհաստատություններ լուծարելու վտանգավոր քաղաքականությունն անգամ այսքանից հետո չկասեցվեց:
