Տիգրանուհի Դավթյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Կառավարության ղեկավարը Ազգային ժողովում 2016 թ-ի պետական բյուջեի հետ կապված իր ամփոփիչ ելույթում կրկին ներկայացրեց Կառավարության տնտեսական քաղաքականության հիմնական ուղղություններըը և այն հիմնական դրույթները, որոնք պետք է ապահովեն գալիք տարվա տնտեսական աճը: Նախ ելույթում ներկայացվել է այն պատճառները, որոնց արդյունքում տնտեսական աճի ցուցանիշները ավելի զուսպ են եղել՝ որոնք են աշխարհաքաղաքական գործոններով պայմանավորված իրողությունները, ինչպես օրինակ ռուբլու արժեզրկումը, Ռուսաստանից տրանսֆերտների կրճատումը և ԵՏՄ-ում բնակչության գնողունակությամբ պայմանավորված հայկական ապրանքների պահանջարկի նվազումը:

Կառավարության հույսը գալիք տարի կրկին գյուղատնտեսությունն է լինելու: Կառավարությունը կարծում է, որ այս տարվա գյուղատնտեսության բարձր աճը պայմանավորված չէ միայն բարենպաստ բնակլիմայական գործոններով, այլ նաև նոր վերամշակող գործարանների և ոռոգվող հողերի ավելացումով: Հանքարդյունաբերության համար, թեև բարենպաստ վիճակ չէ համաշխարհային շուկայում, սակայն Ամուլսարի հանքավայրի շահագործման արդյունքում, ինչպես նաև Թեղուտի հանքավայրի հաշվին Կառավարությունը հույս ունի հանքաքարի ու խտանյութի ֆիզիկական ֆիզիկական ծավալների ավելացման հաշվին տնտեսական աճը ապահովել: Տնտեսության աճի համար կարևոր ճյուղ դիտարկվում է նաև տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտը: Սպասվում է, որ գալիք տարում նույնպես այստեղ աշխույժ գործընթացներ կլինեն: Կարևորվում է նաև էներգետիկ բարեփոխումները, որոնք ուղղված է էներգետիկ անկախության բարձրացմանը և վերականգնվող էներգիայի աղբյուրների ձևավորմանը:
Ակնհայտ է, որ Կառավարությունը իր գործունեության հենքը համարում է խոշոր ենթակառուցվածքային ծրագրերի իրագործումը: Մասնավորապես մի քանի նոր խոշոր ջրամբարների կառուցումը, դեպի Վրաստան և դեպի Իրան էլեկտրահաղորդակցության նոր գծերի կառուցումը, ինչպես նաև Հյուսիս-Հարավ մայրուղու վրա լրացուցիչ աշխատանքային ճակատների բացումը (Թալին-Լանջիկ, Լանջիկ-Գյումրի, ինչպես նաև Մեղրի-Վարդանիձոր-Քաջարան տեղամասերում), որոնք ակնհայտորեն կարագացնեն այս ռազմավարական օբյեկտի շահագործման ժամկետները: Պակաս, կարևոր չէ նաև մարզերում 50 սեյսմակայուն դպրոցների, առողջապահական հիմնարկների վերանորոգումը և կառուցումը: Այս ամենը անշուշտ կստեղծեն նոր աշխատատեղեր և տնտեսական աճի համար անհրաժեշտ հենք:
Եվս մեկ հանգամանք՝ դա հարկային բարեփոխումների փաստն է, որը նույնպես կարևորվեց և 2016 թ.-ին այն նույնպես կշարունակվի: Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը իր ելույթում անդրադարձել է նաև վարկերի, պետական պարտքի ավելացման և բյուջեի դեֆիցիտի մեծացման հիմնախնդիրներին, դա հիմանվորելով սոցիալական խնդիրներով և տնտեսության զարգացման անհրաժեշտությամբ:
