ԱՀ ոստիկանության պետ, գեներալ-մայոր Աշոտ Հակոբջանյանի շնորհավորական ուղերձը ոստիկանության օրվա առթիվ

Արցախի Հանրապետության ոստիկանության հարգելի իմ ծառայակից ընկերներ և վետերաններ. Սեպտեմբերին Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ սանձազերծված լայնածավալ պատերազմի արդյունքում մենք այսօր ունենք լրջագույն կորուստներ եւ բազմապիսի խնդիրներ ու դժվարություններ: Այդ համատեքստում հասկանալի է, որ այս տարի չենք կարող նախորդ տարիների նման ընդգծել օրվա խորհուրդն ու նշանակությունը: Մեր ժողովրդի առջև այժմ ծառացել են շատ ու շատ խնդիրներ, որոնք արագ եւ հրատապ կարգով լուծման կարիք ունեն: Այժմ էլ թե՛ Արցախում, թե՛ մայր Հայաստանում հայտարարված ռազմական դրությունը պահպանվում է: Արտաքին մարտահրավերներն ու հայ ժողովրդի գոյությունը կասկածի տակ դնող վտանգները չեզոքացված չեն:

Հարգելի գործընկերներ, այս ճգնաժամային ու հետպատերազմական շրջանում բոլորիս պարտքն է լծվել հայրենաշինության, ուժերի վերականգնման ու ծաղկման, տնտեսության եւ ռազմուժի հզորացման, համազգային միասնությունը վերագտնելու գործին: Մենք պարտավոր ենք լավագույնս կատարել մեր գործառույթն ու պարտականությունները: Այդ կլինի մեր հարգանքի տուրքը զոհված մեր եղբայրներին, ընկերներին ու հարազատներին, մեր պարտքը տալու մի յուրօրինակ ու համարժեք ձև: Մենք մեծ վիշտ ենք ապրում, խոնարհվում ենք պատերազմի օրերին հերոսի մահով ընկած մեր 11 գործընկերների առաջ, աղոթում ենք 3 տասնյակից ավել վիրավոր գործընկերների շուտափույթ ապաքինման ու առողջացման համար, հույսով, որ օր առաջ կվերադառնան մեր շարքերը:

Բայց, ինչպես Մովսես Գորգիսյանը կասեր. «Սուգը հավերժ է, եթե պայքար չկա»: Մենք հանուն մեր ընկերների ու մեր երեխաների ապագայի այսօրվանից պետք է բռնենք պայքարի ճանապարհը, սխալներից դաս քաղելու եւ ապագան նորովի կերտելու ուղին: Մեր սրտերում վառ պահելով մարտերում ընկած քաջորդիների հիշատակը, այսօր մեր ողջ ուժ դնենք հայրենիքը փրկելու եւ շենացնելու նվիրական գործին: Համոզված եմ, որ մեր համազգային իղձերի իրականացման գործում իր նշանակալի ավանդն ու դերն է ունենալու նաեւ ոստիկանը:

Եւս մեկ անգամ շնորհավորում եմ այս օրվա կապակցությամբ: Ձեզ մաղթում եմ ոգու կորով, անկոտրում կամք, վճռականություն եւ ամենայն բարիք:
