Ռուսաստանի դեսպանը կարող է մասնակցել ԱՄՆ նախագահի երդմնակալության արարողությանը

ԱՄՆ-ում Ռուսաստանի դեսպան Անատոլի Անտոնովը 2021-ի հունվարին կարող է մասնակցել ԱՄՆ նախագահի երդմնակալության արարողությանը, բայց որպես այդպիսին, այս միջոցառմանը երկրների ներկայացուցչություն նախատեսված չէ: Այս մասին շաբաթ օրը լրագրողներին հայտնել է ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը, հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
«ԱՄՆ նախագահի երդմնակալության արարողությանը այլ երկրների ներկայացուցչություններ չկան»,- ասել է նա՝ պատասխանելով ՏԱՍՍ-ի այն հարցին, թե ով է ներկայացնելու Ռուսաստանը ամերիկյան ղեկավարի երդմնակալությանը հունվարին: Մասնավորապես, Պեսկովը նշել է, որ «այս արարողությանը չեն հրավիրվում օտարերկրյա առաջնորդներ»: «Երբեմն ինչ-որ մեկին անձամբ հրավիրում են երդմնակալությանը, բայց օտարերկրյա ղեկավարները չեն հրավիրվում»,- հավելել է մամուլի քարտուղարը:
«Դեսպանը, իհարկե, կարող է գնալ»,- ընդգծել է Կրեմլի ներկայացուցիչը՝ մեկնաբանելով այն փաստը, որ Ռուսաստանի դիվանագիտական առաքելության ղեկավարը ներկա է եղել ԱՄՆ նախագահի երդմնակալությանը 4 տարի առաջ:
ԱՄՆ-ի համազգային ընտրություններն անցկացվել են նոյեմբերի 3-ին: Ամերիկյան առաջատար ԶԼՄ-ների կանխատեսումների համաձայն, Ջոզեֆ Բայդենը ստացել է ավելի քան 270 ընտրիչների աջակցությունը, որոնց ձայներն անհրաժեշտ են հանրապետական նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփին հաղթելու համար: Բայդենը հայտարարել է իր հաղթարշավի մասին: Թրամփը չի ընդունել իր պարտությունը եւ հայտարարել է ձայների հաշվարկի հարցով դատարան դիմելու որոշման մասին, քանի որ, նրա կարծիքով, ընտրություններում դեմոկրատների կողմից բազմաթիվ խախտումներ են եղել:
Մինչեւ դեկտեմբերի 12-ը պետք է հաստատվեն յուրաքանչյուր նահանգի քվեարկության արդյունքները: Դեկտեմբերի 14-ին պետք է քվեարկեն ընտրիչների կոլեգիայի անդամները: 2021 թվականի հունվարի 6-ին Կոնգրեսի երկու պալատների համատեղ նիստում պետք է հաստատվեն ընտրիչների կոլեգիայի քվեարկության արդյունքները, իսկ հունվարի 20-ին տեղի կունենա ընտրված նախագահի երդմնակալության արարողությունը:
