Հայաստանի վարչապետի, Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների միջև ստորագրված եռակողմ հայտարարության մեջ նեռարված չէ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից սիրիացի վարձկանների դուրսբերման հարցը: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս  մասին մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասաց Ֆրանսիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության պետքարտուղար Ժան-Բատիստ Լըմուանը:

«Հայտարարության մեջ կան հարցեր, որոնք ներառված չեն: Օրինակ` Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից սիրիացի վարձկանների դուրսբերման հարցը, ինչպես նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հետագա հնարավոր կարգավիճակի հարցը: Կան խնդիրներ` կապված կայունության և անվտանգության ապահովման հետ, և այդ իսկ պատճառով հարկավոր է, որպեսզի բանակցությունները շարունակվեն ԵԱՀԿ Միսկի խմբի համանախագահության շրջանակում: Այս ցանկությունը, ի դեպ, հայտնել են ինչպես հայկական, այնպես էլ ադրբեջանական իշխանությունները»,- ասաց Լըմուանը:

Ֆրանսիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության պետքարտուղարը նշեց, որ նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը առաջինն էր, որ իրերը անվանեց իրենց անուններով և նշեց, որ Թուրքիայի կողմից սիրիացի վարձականներ են տեղափոխվել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտի:

«Ֆրանսիան կոնկրետ գործողություններ է սպասում Թուրքիայից, որպեսզի այդ երկիրը հանի վարձկաններին տարածաշրջանից: Ֆրանսիան ցանկանում է նաև, որ իր եվրոպական գործընկերները քննարկեն Թուրքիայի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցներ կիրառելու հարցը: Բնականաբար, կշարունակենք հետևողական լինել այս քաղաքական խնդիրներին, որպեսզի կարողանանք հանգել այս արդյունքներին»,- եզրափակեց Լըմուանը:
