Լավագույն տարբերակն արտահերթ ընտրություններն են, այսօր լեգիտիմությունից խոսում են այն մարդիկ, որոնք օրենքներ են խախտել, 2018-ին խոստումներ տված և քվե ստացած ուժն իր նախընտրական խոստումներից ո՞րն է կատարել․ անհրաժեշտ է գիտակցել, որ հանրությունը պետք է իր ձայնը տեղ հասցնի, ընդ որում՝ ոչ միայն փողոցում, այլև զանազան կազմակերպությունների հայտարարություններով: «Արմնյուզ» ՀԸ «#ՕրաԽնդիր» հաղորդման ժամանակ նման կարծիք է հայտնել Մարդկային զարգացման միջազգային կենտրոնի ղեկավար, ՀՀ նախագահի խորհրդական Թևան Պողոսյանը:

«Լավագույն օրինակը ԵՊՀ-ն և ԳԱԱ-ն ցույց են տվել, մյուս բուհերը, մասնավոր ընկերությունները, ՀԿ-ները, քաղաքական կուսակցությունները կոլեկտիվ կերպով պետք է փոփոխություններ պահանջեն։

Հանրությունն այսօր ունի այդ պահանջը, եթե անգամ մարդաքանակի իմաստով դա ապացուցելի չէ։ Իշխանության մնալով՝ ի՞նչ շանս եք տալիս մոխիրներից հառնելու։ Իրավապահներն էլ իրենց խոսքը պիտի ասեն, ոչ թե կուրորեն հետևեն իշխանության հրամաններին»,- ասել է հասարակական գործիչը:

Ըստ Պողոսյանի՝ ամենացավալին այսօր վախն է, մենք մոխրի մեջ ենք և պետականություն կորցնելու շեմին ենք, պետք է գիտակցել՝ ինչ ճգնաժամ է մեզ սպասվում, դա կատակ չէ. «Եթե նոր հնարավորություն ստեղծվի, շատ բան կհասցնենք անել։

Պետք է սկսենք խոսել մեր երկարաժամկետ երազանքի մասին, իսկ կարճաժամկետում ունենք ճգնաժամերի շարան, ունենք ճգնաժամային կառավարիչների կարիք։

Տասը միլիոն հայության մեջ գտնենք գոնե 20 ճգնաժամային կառավարիչ կամիկաձեների։ Երկրի գոյատևման համար այդ շանսը պետք է տրվի»:

Նախագահի խորհրդականի կարծիքով՝ ինչպես 1998-ին առաջին նախագահը հեռացավ, դաշտը բացեց, հիմա էլ նման քայլի գաղափար պետք է լինի. «Քաղաքական դաշտը պետք է զգա, որ պատրաստ է երկարատև ազգային օրակարգով զբաղվելու։ Այս իշխանության նախընտրական խոստումներից մեկը մեր ինքնիշխանության բարձրացմանն էր վերաբերում։ Մեր քաղաքական մշակույթի մեջ այդպես էլ չարմատավորվեց պատվազրկության դեպքում Ճապոնիայում առկա հարակիրիի գաղափարը։ Երբ ասում ես՝ ստորագրել եմ կապիտուլյացիան, պետք է գործողություններ լինեն։ Պետք է ինքնահրաժարականների մշակույթ լինի, և երբ չես կատարում խոստումդ, պետք է հեռանաս»:

Թևան Պողոսյանի պնդմամբ՝ մենք առայսօր նույնիսկ Վրաստանի հետ մեր սահմանը չենք դեմարկացրել, ինչո՞ւ է իշխանությունն Ադրբեջանի հետ հապշտապ սահմանագիծ որոշում. «Եթե խորհրդային քարտեզով են առաջնորդվում, թող Արծվաշենն ու Շահումյանը հետ բերեն։ Առանց հասկանալու՝ ընդունել ենք այդ փաստաթուղթը, բայց Արցախի ի՞նչ տարածքի մասին է խոսքը, ի՞նչ սահմաններով ենք ճանաչելու։ Երկուսուկես տարի մանիպուլացրել են բոլորիս։ Մենք մնացել ենք անցյալի քննարկումների հույսին՝ առանց ապագայի։ Այս պատերազմի բոլոր դրվագները պետք է քննվեն, այսօր մեր լինելիության խնդիրն է լուծվում»:

Հասարակական գործչի պնդմամբ՝ պետք չէր սահմանաբաժաններ քաշել հնի ու նորի միջև, քանի որ ազգային միասնությունն է մեր անվտանգության միակ երաշխիքը: «Լավ չէ, որ իշխանությունը չի կարողանում նույնիսկ փողոց դուրս գալ։ Այսօր Սյունիքը պահելու խնդիր ունենք, Թուրքիան նպատակադրվել է մինչև 2023 թ․ տիրանալ ամբողջին։ Ու եթե այսպես շարունակվի, մենք Երևանն էլ կկորցնենք»,- ամփոփել է Մարդկային զարգացման միջազգային կենտրոնի ղեկավարը:
