Ինչպես հայտնի է, նախօրեին «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության համառ ջանքերի շնորհիվ չընդունվեց ռազմական դրությունը վերացնելու մասին օրենքի նախագիծը: Ընդդիմադիր բոլոր ուժերը վստահ են,որ սա արվում է բացառապես քաղաքական նպատակներով՝ ճնշելու բողոքի ակցիաները, հանրահավաքները, իրականացնելու ընդդիմադիրների ու ընդդիմախոսների ձերբակալություններ և այլ ճնշումներ: Ի դեպ, այն պատճառաբանությունները, որոնք իշխանական որոշ պատգամավորներ բերում էին՝ ի պաշտպանություն ռազմական դրության պահպանման, փորձագետների կարծիքով, կարող են ոչ միայն տևական լինել, այլև մշտական (օրինակ՝ Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի սպառնալիք և այլն):

Սակայն այստեղ կա մեկ այլ ուշագրավ հանգամանք: Իշխանությունները պատերազմի ավարտից նույնիսկ 17 օր անց չեն զորացրում «մոբ» (մոբիլիզացիոն) ռեսուրսը, որից ևս, ի դեպ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը դժգոհություն էր հայտնել չարաբաստիկ գիշերվա իր «լայվի» ժամանակ, ինչպես նաև հետագա օրերին՝ ի թիվս այլոց պարտության «մեղավոր» նշանակելով նաև նրանց: Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, «մոբը» չզորացրելու համար իշխանությունները մի քանի պատճառ ունեն: Նախ՝ վախենում են, որ այս թեժ օրերին այդ մարդիկ կվերադառնան ու կպատմեն ողջ իրականությունը, ինչպես նաև կհակադարձեն իրենց վարկաբեկելու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի փորձերին:

Մյուս կողմից, մոբիլիզացիոն կարգով զորակոչված են բազմաթիվ ընդդիմադիրներ, այդ թվում, օրինակ՝ ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը, որոնց իշխանությունները արդեն տևական ժամանակ չեն զորացրում առանց որևէ պատճառաբանության: Ըստ այդմ, կարծիքներ կան, որ «մոբը» իշխանությունները դարձրել են յուրատեսակ քաղաքական գործիք՝ մարդկանց «պատանդ» պահելու և քաղաքական գործընթացներից այս պահին դուրս թողնելու համար:
