Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հոգեկան խանգարումներ ունի, նա չի պատկերացնում, թե ինչ է բանակը, ինչ է պատերազմը և երբ ինչ է կատարվել: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ ՊՆ ռազմական վերահսկողական ծառայության նախկին պետ, ՀՀ ԶՈւ գլխավոր շտաբի նախկին պետ Մովսես Հակոբյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությանը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Փաշինյանն ասել էր, թե 9-րդ պաշտպանական շրջանը ճեղքվեց՝ հանգեցնելով աղետի, և այն գեներալը, ով իր ապօրինի միջամտություններով առնվազն կիսում է պատասխանատվությունը այդ ձախողման համար, հիմա ասուլիսներ է տալիս, չակերտավոր բացահայտումներ անում՝ մոռանալով հիշեցնել, որ իր ժամանակներում 42 միլիոն դոլար մսխելու փաստի առիթով, անպիտան զենք գնելու փաստի առիթով քրեական գործ է հարուցված Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում առնվազն մի դրվագով, մյուս դրվագով հետաքննություն է ընթանում:
«Ինձ համար մտահոգիչ չէ, թե իրավապահներին ինչ պիտի ասի, որ անեն, ինձ համար մտահոգիչ է հայրենիք կորուստը, ինչը արդեն փաստ է»,- ասաց գեներալ-գնդապետը:
Ինչ վերաբերում է Փաշինյանի մատնանշած 42 մլն դոլարի անպիտան զենք ձեռք բերելու գործին, ապա Մովսես Հակոբյանն ասաց։
«Թող հարցնի Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանին, իր հետ խոսել է այդ մասին, որոշակի տեղեկություններ ունի և հարցրեք քննչական մարմիներին, թե իմ դերակատարությունը որն է եղել: Այդ մարդը հիվանդ է, հիվանդ: Հոգիս հանգիստ է, ես հայրենիք չեմ տվել»,- ասաց նա:
Մովսես Հակոբյանն անդրադարձավ նաև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այն հայտարարությանը, թե Աննա Հակոբյանը հրամանատարական շտաբում Պաշտպանության բանակին բարոյական աջակցություն, զորակցություն հայտնելու նպատակով է եղել, ասաց, որ թող նախ բացատրեն՝ ինչու էին սկզբում ստել, հետո էլ ասել էին, թե Մովսես Հակոբյանը կորոնավիրուսով է վարակված եղել, դրա համար են հանել, ինչը, նրա խոսքով՝ այդպես չէր:
«Երկրորդը՝ հարցրեք հրամանատարական շտաբում գտնվողներին, թե ում բարոյահոգեբանական վիճակն է բարձրացրել, կարծում եմ՝ արդյունքները փաստում են՝ բարձրացրե՞լ է, թե ոչ»,-ասաց նա:
