ՏԵՍԱՆՅՈՒԹ. Արցախցիները շնորհակալություն են հայտնում ռուս խաղաղապահներին
VIDEOՍտեփանակերտ քաղաքի բնակիչները շնորհակալություն են հայտնել հրադադարի պահպանման պայմանավորվածությունը հսկող խաղաղապահ զորախմբի ռուս զինծառայողներին: Այս մասին ասված է Ռուսաստանի Պաշտպանության նախարարության կայքում:
Տեղի բնակիչներն ու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի վարչակազմի ներկայացուցիչները այցելել են ռուսական խաղաղապահ դիրքեր և զինծառայողներին հանձնել մրգով լի զամբյուղներ ու ազգային քաղցրավենիք: Այցելուների խոսքով՝ այդպիսով նրանք իրենց երախտագիտությունն են հայտնել տարածաշրջանում խաղաղություն ապահովող ռուս զինծառայողներին ։
Ռուս խաղաղապահների կողմից ապահովվում է քաղաքացիների անվտանգ վերադարձը իրենց մշտական բնակության վայրեր, ցուցաբերվում է մարդասիրական օգնություն, վերականգնվում են քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքների օբյեկտները: Մեկ օրում ռուս խաղաղապահների աջակցությամբ Հայաստանի տարածքից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ է վերադարձել ավելի քան 1700 փախստական: Նախկին բնակության վայրեր են վերադարձել արդեն շուրջ 19 հազար բնակիչներ, որոնք նախկինում ստիպված լքել են իրենց տները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում մարտական գործողությունների պատճառով:
