«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Կառավարության երեկվա նիստում հաստատվեց «Պետական պաշտոններ եւ պետական ծառայության պաշտոններ զբաղեցնող անձանց վարձատրության մասին» օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի նախագծին հավանություն տալու մասին նախագիծը:

Նախագծում ամրագրվելու է, որ պետական պաշտոն եւ պետական ծառայության պաշտոն զբաղեցնող անձանց բազային աշխատավարձի չափը 2021 թվականի համար չի կարող ցածր լինել օրենքով սահմանված նվազագույն ամսական աշխատավարձի անվանական չափի 70 տոկոսից:

Որպես հիմնավորում՝ նշվում է, որ 2021 թվականի համար պետական պաշտոններ եւ պետական ծառայության պաշտոններ զբաղեցնող անձանց բազային աշխատավարձի չափի փոփոխություն չի նախատեսվում, իսկ օրենքով սահմանված չափը (66140 դրամ) չի ապահովում նվազագույն ամսական աշխատավարձի անվանական չափի 80 տոկոսը: Նշված խնդրի լուծման նպատակով անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել նոր նախագիծ ներկայացնել: 2021 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից նվազագույն ամսական աշխատավարձը սահմանվեց 68000 դրամ:

Նվազագույն ամսական աշխատավարձի անվանական արժեքը (հարկերը եւ նպատակային սոցիալական վճարը ներառյալ) կազմեց 91275 դրամ, որի 80 տոկոսը 73020 դրամ է: Մինչդեռ պետական պաշտոն եւ պետական ծառայության պաշտոն զբաղեցնող անձանց բազային աշխատավարձի չափը 2020 թվականին թվականի համար նախատեսված էր 66140 դրամ:
