«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Հայաստանի ամենախոշոր ոսկու Սոթքի հանքավայրը հայտնվել է հայ-ադրբեջանական նոր սահմանագծին: Երեկ այնտեղ սահմանի գծման աշխատանքներ էին ընթանում:
Գեղամասար խոշորացված համայնքի ղեկավար Հակոբ Ավետյանը «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ տեղում ներկա են եղել ՊՆ ներկայացուցիչները, իսկ ինքը կամ համայնքապետարանի որեւէ ներկայացուցիչ չի մասնակցել սահմանազատման գործընթացին: «Սահմանն են ֆիքսում, արդեն դիրքավորվում են` մերոնք՝ մեր կողմից, իրենք` իրենց կողմից: Հանքավայրի էդ մասից սահմանն է գծվում, չգիտեմ՝ ինչքանն է մեզ մնում, ինչքանը` իրենց»,- ասել էր համայնքապետը: Հիշեցնենք, որ «Գեոպրոմայնինգ Գոլդ» ՍՊԸ-ն շահագործում է Հայաստանի ամենամեծ ոսկու հանքավայրը:
Ընկերությունը ռուս սեփականատերերի ձեռքում է: Խոշոր բաժնետերը մեծահարուստ Ռոման Տրոցենկոն է, ով այս տարվա հուլիսից դարձել է «Գեոպրոմայնինգ գոլդ»-ի շուրջ 96 տոկոս բաժնեմասի սեփականատերը։ Եվ, ահա, այս միջադեպից հետո արդարացիորեն հարց բարձրաձայնվեց, թե ուր են ռուս խաղաղապահները, ինչու նման միջադեպ եղավ արդեն Հայաստանի սահմաններում, ինչ լիազորություններ ունեն նրանք: Նկատենք՝ դեռ նոյեմբերի 16-ին հայտնի էր դարձել, որ ռուս խաղաղապահները շփման գծի եւ Լաչինի միջանցքի երկայնքով ստեղծելու են 16 դիտակետ:
ՌԴ զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի գլխավոր օպերատիվ վարչության պետ Սերգեյ Ռուդսկոյը տեղեկացրել էր, որ խաղաղապահ զորքերը հագեցած են «Վագր» ու «Թայֆուն» զրահամեքենաներով: «Խաղաղապահները կիրականացնեն նաեւ ռազմական ոստիկանության ստորաբաժանումների առաջադրանքները: Նրանք պատասխանատու են շփման գծի երկայնքով պարեկություն իրականացնելու, շարասյուններն ու բեռները ուղեկցելու համար»,- հայտարարել էր նա:
Իսկ, ահա, ՌԴ Դաշնային խորհրդի Անվտանգության եւ պաշտպանության կոմիտեի ղեկավար սենատոր Ֆրանց Կլինցեւիչը «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում ուշագրավ հայտարարությամբ հանդես եկավ՝ ասելով, թե ռուս խաղաղապահները չեն կարող արգելել ադրբեջանցիներին մտնել այս կամ այն տարածք՝ պրովակացիա համարելով նման խոսակցությունները:
«Նրանք պետք է ինչ-որ մեկին չթողնե՞ն. այնտեղ պայմանավորվածություններ կան այդ տարածքների հետ կապված: Պրովակացիայով մի՛ զբաղվեք: Մանրամասն նկարագրված է, թե ինչ պետք է անեն ռուս խաղաղապահները, եւ, հավատացե՛ք, նրանք անում են այն, ինչ պետք է անեն»,- հավելեց նա:
