«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Ինչպես և կանխատեսել էին մի շարք տնտեսագետներ ու ֆինանսիստներ, հետպատերազմյան շրջանում Հայաստանի առջև միանգամից ծառացան մի շարք խնդիրներ, որոնցից լրջագույնը ներկայումս աչքի զարնող տնտեսական պրոբլեմներն են, այդ թվում՝ դրամի կտրուկ արժեզրկումը։ Նշենք, որ դրամի արժեզրկման գործընթացի որոշակի ակտիվացում էր նկատվել նաև ամռան երկրորդ կեսին, սակայն այն, ինչ տեղի ունեցավ վերջին 3-4 օրվա ընթացքում, շոկային էր Հայաստանի գերզգայուն ու փխրուն տնտեսության համար։ Դոլարի գինը բարձրացավ 25-30 դրամով, ինչն, ըստ մասնագետների, ուղղակիորեն դոմինոյի էֆեկտով հանգեցնելու է ապրանքների 20-25 տոկոսով թանկացմանը։

Ներկայումս դոլարի փոխարժեքը կազմում է 520-522 դրամ։ «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, այս օրերին ԿԲ-ն լծված է դոլարի կուրսի զսպմամբ։ Մասնավորաբար, մեր աղբյուրը փոխանցել է, որ իրականում դոլարի փոխարժեքը ներկայումս տատանվում է 575-580 դրամի սահմանում, իսկ ԿԲ-ի կողմից օրական ծախսվում է մոտ 100 հազար դոլար, որպեսզի կարողանան զսպել դոլարի «թռիչքը»։ «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում Աուդիտորների պալատի նախագահ Նաիրի Սարգսյանը նշեց, որ այս վիճակն ուղղակիորեն ազդելու է գների վրա:

«Մենք ավելի շատ ներմուծվող ապրանք ենք սպառում, և նշված միտումները ուղղակի չեն կարող չազդել այդ ապրանքների գնաճի վրա: Դրա հետևանքով աղքատության մակարդակը բարձրանալու է»,-ասաց Սարգսյանը՝ միևնույն ժամանակ հավելելով, որ այս կառավարությունից միակ ու առավելագույն սպասելիքը, որը կա, «հանցավոր անգործությունն է, եթե, իհարկե, չդիտարկենք ոչ նպատակաուղղված կամ անգրագիտության արդյունքում տարվող ավելի վատ տնտեսական քաղաքականությունը»:
