ՀՀ ԳԱԱ նախագահությունը պահանջում է ՀՀ կառավարության հրաժարականը վարչապետի գլխավորությամբ

ՀՀ գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի նախագահությունն Արցախի և Հայաստանի դեմ թուրք-ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի արդյունքում ստեղծված իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ:

Հայտարարությունն ընդունվեց ՀՀ ԳԱԱ նախագահության նոյեմբերի 24-ի նիստում: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ԳԱԱ տեղեկատվական-վերլուծական ծառայությունից։ Հայտարարության մեջ նշված է.

«2020թ. սեպտեմբերի 27-ին Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի սանձազերծած պատերազմի արդյունքում Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում և Արցախում ստեղծված ծանրագույն իրավիճակի կապակցությամբ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի նախագահությունը հայտարարում է.

1. Նոյեմբերի 9-ին Ադրբեջանի, Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև կնքված հայտարարությունը գնահատում ենք որպես հայ ժողովրդի համար նվաստացուցիչ փաստաթուղթ, ըստ որի Արցախի Հանրապետությունը կրում է խոշոր տարածքային կորուստներ, ունենում է ինքնիշխանության լրջագույն սահմանափակումներ, հայկական զույգ պետություններում և Սփյուռքում ստեղծվում է բարոյահոգեբանական բարդ ու ծանր մթնոլորտ։

2. Ստեղծված իրավիճակում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության խաղաղապահներին համարում ենք Արցախի հայության նկատմամբ թուրք-ադրբեջանական ցեղասպան և հայրենազրկման քաղաքականությունից փրկության և տարածաշրջանում կայունության հաստատման բացառիկ երաշխավոր։

3. Բարձր ենք գնահատում հայկական զինուժի վճռական դերն Արցախի իշխանությունների վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող տարածքի պահպանման գործում: Կոչ ենք անում ամեն կերպ բացառել բանակի բարոյալքումը, նպաստել բանակի համալրմանը, ամրապնդմանը և արդիականացմանը։

4. Խստագույնս դատապարտում ենք տարիներ շարունակ գիտության նկատմամբ հանրապետության իշխանությունների կրավորական վերաբերմունքը, որի արդյունքում անհնարին դարձավ երկրի պաշտպանական համակարգում ժամանակակից գիտատեխնիկական նվաճումների կիրառումը։

5. Անթույլատրելի ենք համարում հասարակության մեջ թշնամության, վրեժխնդրության, անվստահության, ատելության սերմանումը և կոչ ենք անում վճռական ջանքեր գործադրել համերաշխության և միասնության մթնոլորտ ստեղծելու համար:

6. Ստեղծված իրավիճակում անարդյունավետ ենք համարում ՀՀ կառավարության հետագա պաշտոնավարումը և պահանջում կառավարության հրաժարականը հանրապետության վարչապետի գլխավորությամբ»։
