Նոյեմբերի 9-ի Արցախյան հրադադարի եռակողմ հայտարարության ստորագրումից հետո բողոքի ալիք է բարձրացել նաև Հայկական Սփյուռքի տարբեր համայնքներում։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՅԴ հանրային կապերի գրասենյակից։

Շուրջ երկու տասնյակից ավելի կազմակերպություններ և կառույցներ, մասնավորապես, տարբեր երկրներում գործող  Հ․Յ․Դաշնակցության մարմինները, օժանդակ և գործընկեր կառույցները հանդես են եկել հայտարարություններով և ուղերձներով, որոնցում խստիվ դատապարտում են ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից ստորագրված հայտարարությունը։

Նշված կազմակերպությունները ստեղծված իրավիճակի, ստորագրված փաստաթղթով նախատեսված հակազգային և հակապետական դրույթների, ներազգային անհամերաշխության և ընդդիմության նկատմամբ կիրառվող բռնարարքների պատասխանատու են համարում ՀՀ վարչապետին ու նրա թիմին։ Որպես ելք՝ նշված կառույցներն իրենց համերաշխությունն են հայտնում ՀՅԴ Հայաստանի Գերագույն Մարմնին և գործընկեր 16 կուսակցություններին՝ իրենց բողոքի գործողությունների և առաջադրած ճանապարհային քարտեզի իրագործման հարցերում։

ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և նրա թիմի հրաժարականի պահանջով, մասնավորապես, հանդես են եկել Սփյուռքի հետևյալ կազմակերպություններն ու կառույցները՝
