«Հայրենասեր» աջակցման հիմնադրամի հոգեբարձունների խորհրդի նախագահ Հակոբ Մանուկյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրում է.

«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Ս.թ. նոյեմբերի 24-ին կայացավ «Հայրենասեր» աջակցման հիմնադրամի հիմնադիրների հերթական նիստը, որի ժամանակ ձևավորվեց Հոգաբարձուների խորհուրդ հինգ հոգիանոց կազմ:
Նիստի ընթացքում Հոգաբարձուների խորհուրդը քննարկեց 2021թ․ 1-ին կիսամյակի գործունեության ծրագրի և ֆինանսական ռեսուրսների ապահովման հարցերը: Հաշվի առնելով պատերազմի մասնակիցների աջակցությանն ուղղված թե՛ պետական և թե՛ մասնավոր տարաբնույթ ծրագրերի առկայությունը, դրանց իրագործման մեխանիզմները, սոցիալական բնույթը, շահառուների կարիքների բազմավեկտորությունը, ինչպես նաև հիմնադրամի բյուջեի ձևավորման՝ բացառապես ինքնաֆինանսավորման սկզբունքի պահպանումը՝ որոշվեց սահմանել շահառուների ընտրության այնպիսի չափորոշիչներ, որոնք կիսամյակային ծրագիրը կդարձնեն առավել արդյունավետ և հասցեական:
Ծրագրի նպատակների և շահառուների իրական կարիքների գնահատման համատեքստում որոշվեց նախաձեռնել հանդիպումների շարք Երևանի վարչական շրջանների պատասխանատուների, ինչպես նաև պետական և համայնքային կառույցների սոցիալական, առողջապահական և պաշտպանության ոլորտների ներկայացուցիչների հետ: Ոլորտային փոխշփումները դաշտում գործող կազմակերպությունների և ոլորտի պետական-համայնքային կառույցների ներկայացուցիչների հետ թույլ կտա հստակեցնել Հիմնադրամի գործունեության տեսլականը և մշակել առավել հասցեական ծրագիր՝ հաշվի առնելով Հիմնադրամի նյութական և ֆինանսական ռեսուրսները։
Որոշվեց նաև, որ պետք է հստակեցնել 2021թ․ 1-ին կիսամյակի գործունեության շահառուների աշխարհագրությունը՝ ցուցաբերվող աջակցությունն ավելի թիրախային դարձնելու համար: Ծրագրի մշակման վերջնաժամկետ սահմանվեց ս.թ. դեկտեմբերի 25-ը:
