INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն անդրադարձել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակին՝ հայտարարելով, որ ստեղծվում են ԼՂ հարցի կարգավորման նախադրյալներ, որոնք հաշվի են առնում և՛ Երևանի, և՛ Բաքվի շահերը:
Ինչպես նշում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի գործակալությունը, Պուտինն այս մասին ասել է օտարերկրյա դեսպանների հավատարմագրերի հանձնման արարողության ժամանակ:
«Սկսում է աշխատել նաև Մարդասիրական արձագանքման ռուսական կենտրոնը, որը զբաղվելու է տուժած տարածքների բնակիչներին տրվելիք օգնությամբ, ենթակառուցվածքների վերականգնմամբ, նորմալ խաղաղ կյանքի համար պայմանների ստեղծմամբ: Մենք հուսով ենք, որ մասնագիտացված միջազգային կազմակերպությունները նշանակալի մասնակցություն կունենան այս գործում, ելնում ենք նրանից, որ այս ամենը երկարաժամկետ և լայնամասշտաբ նախադրյալներ է ստեղծում այս հնամյա հակամարտությունը լուծելու համար ի շահ և՛ ադրբեջանցի, և՛ հայ ժողովուրդների»,-ասել է ՌԴ նախագահը:
Իր խոսքում Պուտինը նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանը քիչ ջանքեր չի ներդնում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում իրավիճակի կայունացմանը միջնորդելու համար:
ՌԴ նախագահը նշել է, որ ԼՂ-ում իրավիճակը, ընդհանուր առմամբ, կարգավորվում է. ռուս խաղաղապահներն ապահովում են խաղաղ բնակիչների անվտանգությունը:
«Մենք եռանդուն ջանքեր ենք գործադրել դադարեցնելու համար ռազմական գործողությունները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում, որոնք հանգեցրել են մեր բարեկամներ Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի հազարավոր քաղաքացիների մահվան: Բացի այդ, մենք հավատարիմ ենք մնացել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբում ձեռք բերված հիմնական պայմանավորվածություններին, մասնավորապես՝ ՄԽ համանախագահների՝ Ռուսաստանի, ԱՄՆ-ի և Ֆրանսիայի միջև: Հիմնական ձեռքբերումն արյունահեղության դադարեցումն է և հրադադարի ռեժիմը ամրագրումը Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ղեկավարների եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ»,-ասել է Պուտինը:
