Կառավարության պաշտոնական կայքն այսօր հրապարակեց հաղորդագրություն այն մասին, որ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հանդիպումների շարք է սկսել գործարար շրջանակների ներկայացուցիչների հետ՝ Հայաստանի տնտեսական ակտիվությանը, ներդրումային միջավայրի վերականգնմանը վերաբերող հարցեր քննարկելու համար։ Ըստ հաղորդագրության՝ ի թիվս այլ գործարարների, Փաշինյանը հանդիպել է «ՍԻԼ կոնցեռն» ընկերության հիմնադիր Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանի, «Ալեքս հոլդինգ» ընկերության հիմնադիր Սամվել Ալեքսանյանի հետ:

168 TV-ի «Ռեվյու» հաղորդաշարի եթերում «Մեկ Հայաստան» կուսակցության համահիմնադիր, քաղաքագետ Վլադիմիր Մարտիրոսյանը, անդրադառնալով այս հանդիպմանը, նշեց, որ այս հանդիպումը լավագույնս է բնորոշում  այն առաջնահերթությունները, որոնցով առաջնորդվում  Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

«Լրատվականներով ստանում ենք երկու լուր, մեկը՝ այն, որ Պաշտպանության նախարարության բակում հավաքված է անհետ կորած զինվորների ծնողների հոծ բազմություն, որոնք իրենց երեխաներից լուր չունեն։ Սա առաջին գերակայությունը պետք է լիներ իշխանությունների համար, փոխարենը՝ տեսնում ենք Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հանդիպումը խոշոր տնտեսվարողների հետ»,- ասաց  Վլադիմիր Մարտիրոսյանը՝ նշելով, որ, եթե անգամ այդ հանդիպման  օրակարգում  դրված էր  գործարար միջավայր-կառավարություն համագործակցության խորացումը, ապա միևնույն է՝  նախ պետք է հասկանալ, թե որոնք են այն ուղղությունները, որտեղ նշված գործարարները կարող են ունենալ օգտակար գործողության գործակից։

Ըստ Մարտիրոսյանի՝ քաղաքական սխալ էր նման հանդիպումը, որովհետև չի՛ կարելի տնտեսական համակարգի զարգացման շղարշի անվան տակ սեփական իշխանության երկարակեցության և անվտանգության հարցը լուծել, ինչը պարզապես աչքի է զարնում։

«Ես՝ որպես քաղաքացի և մասնագետ, երբ գնահատում եմ այսօրվա իրողությունները, տեսնում եմ, որ կա տնտեսական համակարգի կայունացման հարց, և գերակայություն է տրվում այդ անձանց հետ հանդիպմանը, իսկ այդ հանդիպումը խոսում է հետևյալի մասին՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պատրաստվում է այլևս իր կողմից կորսված լեգիտիմության բազան փոխարինել այլ լեգիտիմության բազայով՝ ի դեմս այն մարդկանց, որոնց հետ հանդիպել է, և այդ դեպքում հարցեր են առաջանում՝ այդ մարդիկ ինչպե՞ս կարող են Փաշինյանի սպառված լեգիտիմության  բազան կոմպենսացնել, կամ՝ իսկ Փաշինյանի հետ հանդիպած գործարարներն ի՞նչ պահանջներ ու ակնկալիքներ ունեն՝ այդ սպառված լեգիտիմությունը կոմպենսացնելու դիմաց։ Այս երկու երևույթները՝ ՊՆ-ի դիմաց ծնողների բողոքն ու  գործարարների հետ հանդիպումը, ցույց են տալիս, թե ինչպիսի գերակայությունների վրա է կանգնած ժողովրդի ընտրած վարչապետը»,- ասաց Մարտիրոսյանը։

Անդրադառնալով նոյեմբերի 10-ին ՀՀ վարչապետի  ստորագրած կապիտուլյացիոն ակտի խայտառակ հետևանքներին՝  Մարտիրոսյանը նշեց, որ դրանից հետո Փաշինյանն աշխատում է ժամանակ շահելու և իրողություններից հասարակության ուշադրությունը շեղելու համար։

«Քաղաքական առումով դա երկարակեցություն ունենալ չի կարող, որովհետև շուտով  տարածքների հանձնմանը միանալու է նաև 3-րդ կրիզիսը՝ տնտեսական խնդիրներ, որոնք ամենամեծ ազդեցությունն են ունենալու այսօր իշխանությանը սատարող հատվածի համար»,- ասաց քաղաքագետը՝ շեշտելով, որ Փաշինյանն իր վարած սխալ քաղաքականությամբ, արդեն իսկ ակնհայտ է, պարտվել է անգամ նախկիններին։
