«Բաքվի հայտարարությունները, թե «Շուշին վերցվել է ռազմական ճանապարհով», ճիշտ չեն, նման բան չի եղել». Սեմյոն Պեգովը ներկայացրել է նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարությանը նախորդած մարտերի ընթացքը (տեսանյութ)
VIDEOՌուսական WarGonzo նախագծի հեղինակ Սեմյոն Պեգովը հատուկ թողարկմամբ անդրադարձել է արցախյան պատերազմի արդյունքներին, այդ թվում՝ նախքան նոյեմբերի 9-ի համատեղ հայտարարության հրապարակումը Շուշիում տեղի ունեցած դիմակայությանը և դրանից հետո կատարվածին:
«Գիտեմ, վստահ եմ, ապացույցներ ունեմ, որ նույնիսկ համաձայնագրի (համատեղ հայտարարության – խմբ.) կնքման պահին, Ադրբեջանի դրոշի օրվան ընդառաջ, որին այդքան պատրաստվում էին պաշտոնական Բաքուն և Ալիևը», հայտարարությունները, «թե «Շուշին վերցվել է ռազմական ճանապարհով», իրականությանը չեն համապատասխանում: Սա բացարձակ ճշմարտություն է: Շուշիում գտնվել են Արցախի Պաշտպանության բանակի զինծառայողները»,- հայտարարել է ռուս լրագրողը՝ հավելելով, որ իր տվյալներով՝ խոսքը քաղաքի տարբեր հատվածներում գտնվող մինչև 200 հոգու մասին է, որոնք անգամ նոյեմբերի 9-ի գիշերը պատրաստ են եղել առաջ շարժվել և գրոհել:
Նրա խոսքով՝ առավոտյան 5-ի սահմաններում հարյուրավոր զինծառայողներ պատրաստվել են օգնության հասնել Շուշիում գտնվողներին՝ քաղաքը ադրբեջանական խմբերից մաքրելու համար, սակայն ժամը 5-ին նրանք արդեն նահանջի հրաման են ստացել և շուտով իմացել են համատեղ հայտարարության մասին:
Խոսելով Շուշիում ադրբեջանցի զինվորների հայտնվելու մասին՝ Պեգովը հայտնել է, որ նոյեմբերի 6-ին մինչև ուշ գիշեր գտնվել է քաղաքում, և այնտեղ ոչ մի ադրբեջանցի չի եղել:
«Շուշիում մարտեր են ընթացել: Ամսի վեցին մենք հայտնվել էինք գրոհի կիզակետում: Այնտեղից դուրս է մղվել 20 հոգուց կազմված խմբավորումը՝ ամենայն հավանականությամբ ադրբեջանական հատուկ ջոկատայիններիի կազմված»,- մարտերից վերհիշում է լրագրողը՝ հավելելով, որ ամսի 7-ի առավոտյան 6 դիպուկահարի է հաջողվել ներթափանցել Շուշի, որոնց դեմ նույնպես համապատասխան պայքար է մղվել, և նրանց մի մասը վերացվել է:
«Նոյեմբերի 8-ին Ստեփանակերտի կողմից Շուշիի մուտքի մոտ արդեն ադրբեջանական ուժեր եղել են, մարտերը շարունակվել են, ադրբեջանցի զինվորականներին շարունակել են վերացնել: Այնուամենայնիվ, առանձին խմբերի հաջողվել է ներխուժել Շուշի: Սակայն այն հայտարարությունները, որ Շուշին գրավվել է, իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում: Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի զինվորները քաղաքից դուրս են եկել միայն ռուս խաղաղապահների գալով»,- եզրափակել է Պեգովը:
