Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը նոյեմբերի 21-ին այցելել է Մարտունի քաղաք և տեղում աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն անցկացրել:

Երկրի ղեկավարը շրջանային պատասխանատուների և քաղաքաշինության նախարարի ուղեկցությամբ նախ շրջայց է կատարել շրջկենտրոնում, ծանոթացել պատերազմական ավերածություններին և տեղում համապատասխան հանձնարարականներ տվել վերականգնման ու վերանորոգման աշխատանքները շտապ սկսելու առումով:

Շրջանի համայնքների ղեկավարների և այլ պատասխանատուների մասնակցությամբ հրավիրված խորհրդակցության ընթացքում նախագահն ընդգծել է, որ առաջնահերթորեն պետք է վերականգնել կյանքի բնականոն ընթացքը՝ լուծելով ենթակառուցվածքային բոլոր խնդիրները:

Նախագահի խոսքով՝ ստեղծված սոցիալ-տնտեսական ծանր իրավիճակը հաղթահարելու համար, որպես աջակցություն, Կառավարությունը առաջիկա մեկ տարվա ընթացքում որոշակի սահմանափակումներով կսուբսիդավորի բնակչության կոմունալ ծախսերն, այդ թվում՝ էլեկտրաէներգիան, բնական գազը, ինչպես նաև ֆիքսված, բջջային և ինտերնետ կապի ծառայությունների դիմաց վճարումները: Անհրաժեշտ կահավորումների համար կտրվի նաև կենցաղային տեխնիկա և կահույք:

Անդրադառնալով գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքներին՝ նախագահը նշել է, որ աշնանացանի համար ևս պետական ծրագրով գյուղնախարարությունն այս տարի անվճար կտրամադրի դիզելային վառելիք, հացահատիկի սերմ և պարարտանյութեր:

«Ծանր փորձությունից հետո մենք պետք է շտկենք մեր մեջքը: Արցախը շարունակելու է մնալ իր անկախ կարգավիճակում՝ ունենալով համայն հայության ու Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության գործուն աջակցությունը: Մեր լուսավոր ու երաշխավորված ապագան կառուցելու համար պետք է ուս-ուսի տված առաջ նայենք»,- եզրափակել է Ա. Հարությունյանը:
