50 միլիա՞րդ, թե՞ Զանգեզուր. Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հանելուկը. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
«Դեռեւս երկու տարի առաջ ՀՀ նախկին գլխավոր դատախազ Գեւորգ Կոստանյանը ահազանգ հնչեցրեց, որ, իր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը տարբեր Եվրոպական երկրներում իրավաբաններ է վարձում Հայաստանի կողմից Ադրբեջանին պատճառված վնասի հաշվարկման եւ դրա հատուցման ուղղությամբ աշխատանքներ կազմակերպելու համար, սակայն Հայաստանում այս ահազանգին քչերը արձագանքեցին:
Արձագանք եղավ արդարադատության նախկին նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանի, Փաստաբանների պալատի նախագահ Արա Զոհրաբյանի կողմից, սակայն իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներն այդպես էլ ականջալուր չեղան։
Եվ հիմա՝ նոյեմբերի 9-ին ստորագրված հայտարարությունից հետո, երբ Հայաստանը փաստացի ստանձնել է պատասխանատվություն Ադրբեջանին վերադարձնել տարածքներ, իրավիճակը արմատապես փոխվել է:
Այս առնչությամբ Գեւորգ Կոստանյանը «ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում նշում է.
«Հայտնի հայտարարության ստորագրումից հետո Ադրբեջանի համար իրավական հիմք է առաջացել Հայաստանի դեմ փոխհատուցման պահանջով հայց հարուցելու համար: Հարցը իսկապես լուրջ է, քանի որ փոխհատուցման պահանջը կարող է հասնել մինչեւ 50 միլիարդ դոլարի, ինչը Հայաստանի համար աստղաբաշխական գումար է:
Ամենամեծ խնդիրներից մեկն այն է, որ Փաշինյանի ստորագրելուց հետո ինքն է արդեն այդ տարածքների համար եղել պատասխանատու։ ՀՀ-ն բոլոր միջազգային փաստաթղթերում հանդես էր գալիս որպես սուբյեկտ, բայց այնքանով, որքանով ազդեցություն ուներ, այլ ոչ թե պատասխանատու էր։ Փաշինյանի ստորագրելուց հետո նա մեխանիկորեն դարձավ պատասխանատու»,-նշում է Կոստանյանը։
Նա ընդգծեց, որ փաստորեն հիմնավորեց՝ Ադրբեջանը պատրաստվել է, իսկ հիմա էլ նույնիսկ Զանգեզուրի մասին են հայտարարություններ հնչում։ Եվ, ահա, արդեն Մարդու իրավունքների միջազգային կոմիտեի Ադրբեջանի ներկայացուցիչ Կոչին Ահունդզադեն նույնիսկ առաջարկ է հնչեցրել, թե այդ գումարի դիմաց հայկական կողմը կարող է տալ Զանգեզուրը։
Կոստանյանն ընդգծում է՝ տարածքներ կորցնելուց եւ այդքան զոհերից հետո այժմ էլ 50 միլիարդ են պահանջում հայկական կողմից»:
