Կադրային «զորաշարժեր»՝ հանուն մեկ նպատակի.«Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն սկսել է կադրային փոփոխություններ իրականացնել, որոնք սուսուփուս վավերացնում է ՀՀ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը: «Փաստ» թերթի աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ կադրային այս «զորաշարժերը» տարբեր պատճառներ ունեն: Որոշ դեպքերում գործ ունենք «քավության նոխազ» «նշանակելու» հետ, ի մասնավորի, խոսքը Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանի ու Դավիթ Տոնոյանի մասին է, ինչի մասին են վկայում վերջին օրերին փաշինյանամերձ որոշ պատգամավորների հարձակումներն այս պաշտոնյաների վրա: Ըստ տեղեկությունների, ժամանակի ընթացքում հնարավոր ու անհնար մեղքը փորձ կանեն բարդել նաև նրանց վրա, միայն թե Փաշինյանը «մաքուր» դուրս գա: Մյուս դեպքերում հասարակության աչքերում «թոզփչոցի» իրականացնելու խնդիր կա, թե տեսեք՝ արմատական փոփոխություններ եմ սկսել:
Իշխանամերձ մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հիմա պաշտոն տալով, ինչ-որ բան խոստանալով, սպառնալով փորձում է ամուր պահել իր «շրջապատը», օգտագործում է նրանց, իսկ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում պարզապես նրանք կդառնան հերթական «քավության նոխազներ»: Պատահական չէ, որ արդեն իսկ տեղեկություններ են շրջանառվում, որ պատգամավորներից ու գործադիրի ներկայացուցիչներից շատերը ևս վստահ են, որ Փաշինյանը պետք է հեռանա, սակայն վախենում են արտահայտվել կամ դուրս գալ իրենց պաշտոններից: Մեզ տեղեկություններ են հասնում, որ նրանք նեղ շրջանակներում ասել են, թե իրենք հիմա ստիպված պաշտպանում են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, բայց վերջինս իրենց «փուռն է տալու»: Ի դեպ, գրող, հրապարակախոս Դավիթ Վանյանը «Փաստի» հեր զրույցում կարծիք հայտնեց, թե Փաշինյանը «բոլորին կվաճառի, բոլորին, միայն թե փրկի իր անձը»:
