Իրանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարը նոյեմբերի 23-ին այցելելու է Մոսկվա: Նա լինելու է նաեւ Բաքվում: Ջաֆար Զարիֆը կքննարկի արցախյան գոտում ստեղծված իրավիճակը: Իրավիճակն Իրանի համար բավական հակասական է: Իրանի հյուսիսային սահմանին նոր իրավիճակ է, բայց ոչ թե հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերակցության, այլ ռուս-թուրքական:

Ինչ պայմաններով ու աշխարհագրությամբ է տեղակայվելու Թուրքիայի ռազմական կոնտինգենտն այն բանից հետո, երբ Էրդողանը Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանից ստացել է Ադրբեջան զորք ուղարկելու համաձայնություն:

Արցախի դեմ պատերազմի ընթացքում Թեհրանը հետեւում էր, թե ինչպես է Արաքսի հովիտն անցնում Թուրքիա-Ադրբեջան-ահաբեկիչներ եռյակի ենթակայության տակ:

Թեհրանն ըստ ամենայնի ակնկալում է Մոսկվայի եւ Բաքվի աջակցությունն Արաքսի հովտի հարցում, որովհետեւ այնտեղ կարող է հաստատվել Թուրքիան, ինչպես հաստատվել է Նախիջեւանում: Իրանը մեծ քանակի սպառազինություն ու զինտեխնիկա է մոտեցրել հյուսիսային սահմանին:

Ռուսաստանի պաշտոնյաները հայտարարում են, որ Մոսկվան, Բաքուն եւ Թեհրանը կարող են համագործակցել ահաբեկիչներին տարածաշրջանից հեռացնելու հարցում: Ինչո՞վ է Թեհրանը շահագրգռելու Բաքվին: Գուցե Խուդափերինի ջրամբարի հարցո՞վ: Առավել եւս, որ դեռեւս 2016-ի փետրվարին՝ երբ տարածքը հայկական վերահսկողության գոտում էր, Թեհրանը եւ Բաքուն Ալիեւի իրանյան այցի ընթացքում ստորագրեցին համատեղ օգտագործման փաստաթուղթ:

Այն ըստ էության դարձավ 2016-ի ապրիլյան ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի «լեգիտիմացման» թղթերից մեկը: Կմտածե՞ր Թեհրանը, որ ոչ այնքան մեծ հեռանկարի համար կանգնելու էր սեփական սահմանին ռազմավարական սպառնալիքի առջեւ:
