ՊՆ հայտարարության մեջ հակասություն կա, եթե իմ ասածը կեղծ է, ապա պետական գաղտնիք չի, իսկ եթե պետական գաղտնիք է, ուրեմն կեղծ չի: Այս մասին «Արմնյուզին» տված հարցազրույցում նշեց Արցախի հերոս, գեներալ-գնդապետ, Արցախի ՊԲ նախկին հրամանատար, Հայաստանի ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի նախկին պետն ախկին գլխավոր ռազմական տեսուչ Մովսես Հակոբյանը:
«Պետք է կողմնորոշվեն: ՊՆ-ի այդ հայտարարություն գրողը շատ երկար պետք է բանակում ծառայի, որ հասկանա, թե գաղտնին ոչ գաղտնիիից ինչով է տարբերվում: Մեկ օրինակ կարող եմ բերել. եթե մեր կառուցվածքն առկա է թուրքերի 887-րդ բրիգադի հետախուզական վաշտի հրամանատարի հեռախոսի մեջ, ապա ո՞րն է դրա գաղտնիությունը: Մեր ժողովրդի՞ց եք պահում գաղտնի: Մնացած մասով հարուցված է քրեական գործ, եթե կա գաղտնիություն եւ ես բացել եմ ինչ-որ գաղտնի փաստաթղթեր, ապա պատրաստ եմ կրել պատասխանատվություն, որովհետեւ ես գտնում եմ, որ հայրենիքին ինձ համար ավելի թանկ է, քան որեւէ անձի ձերբակալելը կամ չձերբակալելը»,-ասաց նա:
Ինչ վերաբերում է ՊՆ հայտարարության մեջ պնդմանը, որ մեր բանակի կողմից ձեռք բերված «ՍՈՒ 30 ՍՄ»-ները ունեն հրթիռներ, իսկ «ՕՍԱ ԱԿՄ»-ները պատերազմի ժամանակ 62 ԱԹՍ են խոցել, մինչդեռ Մովսես Հակոբյանը պնդում էր, թե դրանք գրեթե անպետք են եղել պատերազմի ժամանակ եւ «ՍՈՒ 30»-երը չեն էլ թռել, վերջինս պատասխանեց. «Ինչպես 44 օր ստել են, այսօր եւս ստում են: Եթե կա, ինչո՞ւ չեն թռել: Եթե այդ 62 ԱԹՍ-ները խոցել են, ոնց են դա հաշվարկել, եւ ոնց է օդը եղել անպաշտպան: Կոնկրետ ովքեր են խփել եւ որտեղ են այդ ԱԹՍ-ները: Հիմա կասեն այդ տարածքները փոխանցել ենք Ադրբեջանին»:
«Օրինակ են բերում «Հերմես-900»-ը խփելը Տավուշի դեպքերի ժամանակ: Ցանկացած մարդ, որը հասկանում է «Հերմեսի» կիրառումից եւ որտեղ, ինչ բարձրության վրա են խոցում, կհասկանա, որ «Հերմեսը» հայտնվել է այդ բարձրության վրա տեխնիկական անսարքության պատճառով: Չեմ ուզում մնարանալ՝ խփվել է, թե ընկել է: Լսեք «Հերմես» արտադրող գործարանի տված հիմնվորումները, թե ոնց է այն կործանվել Տավուշում»,-ասաց գեներալը:
