ՀՐԱՏԱՊ. Սահմանադրական դատարանը քիչ առաջ ՀՀ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի դիմումի հիման վրա կասեցրեց «Արտակարգ դրության իրավիճակի ռեժիմի մասին» ՀՀ կառավարության որոշման այն դրույթը, որով ֆիզիկական անձանց և ԶԼՄ-ներին արգելվում էր պաշտոնականից տարբերվող կարծիք հայտնել կամ տարածել` մինչև գործի ամբողջական քննության ավարտը: Սա թերևս նշանակում է, որ այդ դրուկթը հակասահմանադրական կճանաչվի:Ֆիզիկական անձինք և ԶԼՄ-ներն այլևս կաշկանդված չեն կառավարության որոշմամբ` հաղորդելու միայն պաշտոնական տեղեկատվություն:Mediaport
