Մանվել Գրիգորյանին կհուղարկավորեն Եռաբլուրում

ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր, ԵԿՄ նախկին նախագահ Արցախի հերոս, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Մանվել Գրիգորյանի հոգեհանգստի արարողությունը տեղի կունենա Էջմիածնի իր տանը՝ այսօր, ժամը 18։00-ին, իսկ հուղարկավորությունը նոյեմբերի 21-ին, ժամը 15։00-ին Եռաբլուր զինվորական պանթեոնում։  Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Մանվել Գրիգորյանի նախկին օգնական Մեսրոպ Մանուկյանը։

Նշենք, որ նա վերջին օրերին գտնվում էր ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում: Պատերազմի մեկնարկից հետո մեկ շաբաթ Արցախում լինելու ժամանակ վարակվել էր կորոնավիրուսով եւ  առողջական վիճակը կտրուկ վատացել էր, տեղափոխվել էր Երեւան: Փաստաբանը հայտնել էր, որ թեեւ վիճակը որոշ ժամանակ բարելավվել էր, բայց եռակողմ հայտնի հայտարարությունից հետո վատթարացել էր:

Մանվել Գրիգորյանը երկար ժամանակ է, ինչ առողջական խնդիրներ ուներ: Իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքներով դատական նիստերը շուրջ մեկուկես տարի է՝ ձգձգվում էին հենց այդ պատճառով: Նրա համար պարբերաբար շտապօգնություն էր ժամանում դատարան: Ամիսներ առաջ նա որոշ ժամանակ վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում անցկացրեց ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում:

Միայն դրանից հետո  դատարանը նրան կալանքից ազատելու որոշում կայացրեց՝ պայմանավորված շուրջ 30, կալանքի հետ անհամատեղելի հիվանդություններով:

Մանվել Գրիգորյանը Արցախյան Ազատամարտի մասնակից էր: Նա մասնակցել էր   ԼՂՀ հարավային սահմանների պաշտպանական մարտերին, Մարտակերտի շրջանում ծավալված մարտական գործողություններին, ղեկավարել էր Հադրութի շրջանի Հողեր գյուղի ազատագրական գործողությունը:

 Մանվել Գրիգորյանը 1999 թվականից մինչեւ 2018թ. եղել էր Երկրապահ կամավորական միության նախագահ: 1992-1996-ին՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության Գերագույն խորհրդի, իսկ 2012-2018-ին՝ Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր:

Հեղափոխությունից հետո 2018թ. հունիսի 16-ին նա ձերբակալվեց, ապա կալանավորվեց  հրազեն և ռազմամթերք ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք բերելու և պահելու մեղադրանքով: Ավելի ուշ  նրան առաջադրվեցին նաեւ ավելի քան 101 միլիոն դրամի գույք յուրացնելու, ավելի քան 1 միլիարդ դրամի հարկերի վճարումից խուսափելու, պետական միջոցներից ավելի քան 1 միլիարդ դրամ վատնելու եւ շորթմամբ 37 միլիոն դրամ արժողությամբ գույքի հափշտակություն կազմակերպելու մեղադրանքներ:
