Իշխանությունների հանցավոր բացթողումների մասին բացահայտումները ջրի երես են դուրս գալիս

Պատերազմի ընթացքը և արդյունքները բազմաթիվ հարցականների տեղիք են տալիս։ Հանրությունն այդպես էլ չի կարողանում ըմբռնել, թե ինչու իրերի դրությունը այսպես դասավորվեց։

Չնայած իշխանությունները ցանկանում են տեղի ունեցածի մասով մեղավորներ փնտրել, սակայն հենց իշխանությունների հանցավոր բացթողումների մասին ժամանակի ընթացքում բազմաթիվ կարևոր մանրամասներ են ջրի երես դուրս գալիս։

Բարձրաստիճան զինվորականների ներկայացրած գնահատականները վկայում են այն մասին, որ իշխանությունները չեն գործել իրավիճակին համապատասխան և պատերազմական իրադրության հետ կապված անլուրջ վերաբերմունք են դրսևորել։

Ու հատկապես աչքի է զարնում այն փաստը, որ նույնիսկ պատերազմի ժամանակ Փաշինյանը առաջին պլանում է դրել ոչ թե համազգային շահերը, այլ իր քաղաքական ամբիցիաները և առաջնորդվել է դրան համապատասխան։

Նախօրեին էլ մի հետաքրքիր դրվագ է ներկայացրել ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրեն, «Հայրենիք» կուսակցության նախագահ Արթուր Վանեցյանը Արցախի հերոս Վիտալի Բալասանյանի ու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հանդիպումից։

Հանդիպման ժամանակ Բալասանյանը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել գլխավորել ռազմաճակատի ամենաթեժ կետի՝ Շուշիի պաշտպանությունը նույնիսկ այն պայմանով, որ եթե ինքը չհաջողի, դա Փաշինյանը կարող է վեր կենալ ու հրապարակային հայտարարել, թե Բալասանյանը չկարողացավ իրականացնել Շուշիի պաշտպանությունն ու Շուշին ընկավ։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը համաձայնել է և ասել, որ Բալասանյանը կարող է անցնել Շուշիի պաշտպանությանը, սակայն վերջինիս Արցախում մինչև վերջին օրն այդպես էլ թույլ չեն տվել մասնակցել Շուշիի պաշտպանությանը։

Եվ պատահական չէ, որ այս համատեքստում խոսվում է իշխանությունների դավաճանական գործելակերպի մասին։ Դրա խոսուն վկայությունն այն է, որ նրանք նույնիսկ պատերազմի ամենաթեժ պահին թույլ են տվել անտեսել պետական և ազգային շահերը։

Վանեցյանի հարցազրույցը նաև բազմաթիվ այլ հացերի պատասխաններ տվեց, այդ թվում՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մարդկային տեսակի, «խրոնիկ ստախոսության», իրավապահ համակարգի գործերին խառնվելու, ընդդիմադիրների նկատմամբ գործեր «կարել տալու» և այլ հարցերի մասին: Եթե այս ամենին գումարում ես նաև ԱԱԾ նախկին փոխնտօրեն, տնօրենի նախկին պաշտոնակատար Միքայել Համբարձումյանի հայտնի հայտարարությունը, ինչպես նաև ԳՇ նախկին պետ Մովսես Հակոբյանի սկանդալային բացահայտումները, ապա իրավիճակն առավել հստակ կդառնա, թե ինչու մեր երկիրը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պատճառով կամ ցանկությամբ հայտնվեց այսպիսի վիճակում, ինչու պարտվեցինք և ինչու է հետևողականորեն այդ մարդը հետևողականորեն պառակտում մտցնում հանրության մեջ՝ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում նաև բախումներ հրարհրելու հեռանկարով:
