«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.
Պատերազմի ժամանակ բազմաթիվ կուրիոզներ ու ձախողումներ են եղել, որոնց մասին երեւի կամաց-կամաց կիմանանք։ Իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներից ոմանք փորձել են իրենց փորձարկումներն անել առաջնագծում կամ ռազմի դաշտում։
Տեղեկացանք, որ տրանսպորտի, կապի եւ տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար Հակոբ Արշակյանը որոշել է անձամբ մասնակցել հայկական արտադրության ԱԹՍ-ների փորձարկմանը եւ այդ նպատակով մի մեծ շքախումբ է կազմել ու իր հետ տարել Գորիս, որպեսզի այդ պատմական քայլին շատերն ականատես լինեն։ Գորիսում նախարարը բազմաթիվ մարդկանց ու տեսախցիկների առջեւ օդ է բարձրացրել ԱԹՍ-ն, սակայն մի քանի մետր թռիչքից հետո այն վայր է ընկել։ Նախարարությունից երեկ չցանկացան մեկնաբանել մեր այս տեղեկությունը, ընդամենը մի հարց էինք ուղղել՝ նախարարն անձա՞մբ է փորձարկել հայկական արտադրության ԱԹՍ-ն, ստացանք պատասխան․ «Չենք մեկնաբանում»։
