SOCIETYԱՀ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի փաստահավաք առաքելության շրջանակներում պարզվել է, որ կից տեսանյութում երեւացող՝ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից անմարդկային վերաբերմունքի արժանացած անձը Շուշի քաղաքի բնակիչ, 80-ամյա Ջոնիկ Թեւոսյանն է: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է Արցախի ՄԻՊ Արտակ Բեգլարյանը։
«ԱՀ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի փաստահավաք առաքելության շրջանակներում պարզվել է, որ կից տեսանյութում երեւացող՝ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից անմարդկային վերաբերմունքի արժանացած անձը Շուշի քաղաքի բնակիչ, 80-ամյա Ջոնիկ Թեւոսյանն է: Նա չէր հասցրել լքել Շուշին, եւ ընկել էր ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի վերահսկողության ներքո:
Ջոնիկ Թեւոսյանի ընտանիքի անդամները դիմել են մեր աշխատակազմ՝ խնդրելով աջակցել իրենց հարազատի իրավունքների պաշտպանության հարցում: Մենք եղած տվյալները փոխանցել ենք Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտե՝ խնդրելով հնարավորինս արագ ապահովել ԱՀ քաղաքացու կյանքի ու այլ իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը՝ ըստ միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի նորմերի:
Այս տեսանյութով եւս մեկ անգամ դրսեւորվում է Ադրբեջանում տիրող հայատյացության տրամադրությունների համակարգային ու խորքային բնույթը, որոնք ամբողջովին խրախուսվում են պետության կողմից: Սա հայատյացության ու պատերազմական հանցագործությունների մեծ շղթայի մեկ դրվագն է, եւ ցավալիորեն պետք է արձանագրել, որ մեկը մեկից ավելի դաժան այդպիսի դրվագները ոչ միայն ուղղակիորեն ողջունվում են ադրբեջանական հասարակության կողմից, այլ նաեւ շարունակություն են ստանում միջազգային հանրության կուրության, խլության ու համրության պատճառով:
ՀՀ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի հետ համատեղ այս դեպքը եւս ներկայացնելու ենք միջազգային համապատասխան մարմիններ եւ հետեւողական ենք լինելու պատշաճ գնահատականների հասնելու հարցում»,- գրել է նա։
