Հայաստանում Փաշինյանը հանդես եկավ հայտարարություններով եւ ներկայացրեց 15 կետից բաղկացած մեծ ծրագիր, որում ասում է՝ տվեք ինձ կես տարի, ես փայլուն գաղափարներ ունեմ, թե ինչպես վերցնել եւ կազմակերպել ամեն ինչ, փոխել կառավարության 80%-ը եւ այլն: Այս մասին «Լիարժեք հաղորդակցություն» հաղորդման եթերում հայտարարեց է լրագրող Վլադիմիր Սոլովյովը: «Ես նայում եմ (Փաշինյանի ծրագրին - խմբ.) եւ ուղղակի զարմանում եմ՝ լեռնայինղարաբաղյան բանակցային գործընթացի վերսկսում, մարդկանց վերադարձ, Արցախում բնականոն կյանքի վերականգնում, զոհվածների ընտանիքների սոցիալական երաշխիքներ: Ծագիրը, մասնավորապես, ներառում է մասնագիտացված դատարանի ինստիտուտի ներդրման մասին կետ` որպես հակակոռուպցիոն դատարան ստեղծելու առաջին քայլ:

Նա, ըստ ամենայնի, չունի գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատարի հատկանիշներ, քանի որ հոկտեմբերի 19-20-ը՝ այն գիշերը, երբ բանակցություններ էին վարվում եւ առաջարկվում էին շատ ավելի բարենպաստ պայմաններ, քան նրանք, որոնց վրա կանգ առան նոյեմբերի 9-ին, պարզ դարձավ, որ Փաշինյանը չի տիրապետում իրավիճակին: Նա չի հասկանում, թե ինչ է կատարվում իր բանակում, ինչ դիրքերում է այն գտնվում եւ ինչ անել դրա հետ կապված: Ուստի այժմ նրա բոլոր առաջարկներն այնպիսին են, կարծես թե նա հաղթանակ է տարել պատերազմում»,- նշեց Սոլովյովը:
