Իջևանում կոտրել են Փաշինյանի՝ քայլող արձանը. կան ձերբակալվածներ (տեսանյութ)
VIDEOՆոյեմբերի 10-ին՝ Իջեւան քաղաքի հարավային մուտքի մոտ, «Իջեւանատուն» ռեստորանի մոտ, անհայտ անձը կամ՝ անձինք միջպետական ավտոոճանապարհի եզրին տեղադրված քայլող մարդու արձանի գլուխը պոկել են։ Այդ արձանը խորհրդանշում է թավշյա հեղափոխությունը, արտաքինից նման է ուսապարկով քայլող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։ Վանդալիզմի այդ դեպքը զայրութ է առաջացրել իջեւանցիների շրջանում, Ֆեյսբուքի «Իջեւան» խմբում այդ կապակցությամբ դատապարտող շատ մեկնաբանություններ են գրվել։
«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը դիմել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի եւ լրատվության վարչություն՝ իմանալու համար, թե դեպքի կապակցությամբ քրեական գործ հարուցվե՞լ է, կա՞ ձերբակալված անձ, թե ոչ։ Ոստիկանությունից հայտնել են հետեւյալը ՝ ոստիկանության Իջեւանի բաժնում դեպքի կապակցությամբ նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում։ Դեպքից 9 օր հետո կրկին դիմեցինք ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի եւ լրատվության վարչություն, որտեղից պատասխանել են, որ ոստիկանության օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է արձանը վնասողների ինքությունը, նրանք բերման են ենթարկվել ոստիկանության Իջեւանի բաժին, ուր տվել են համապատասխան բացատություններ։
Ներկայումս այս գործով հետաքննությունը շարունակվում է։ Ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի եւ լրատվության վարչությունից պարզաբանել են, որ դեպքերի կապակցությամբ նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում, համաձայն օրենսդրության ՝ քրեական գործ հարուցելու հետ կապված որոշում ընդունում են դեպքից հետո 10 օրվա ընթացքում, կապված փորձաքննություներ անցկացնելու հետ այդ ժամկետը կարող է երկարաձգվել: Ներկայումս միջպետական ավտոճանապարհի եզրին այդ արձանն այլեւս չկա, այն ապամոնտաժված է։
Այդ արձանը հանդիսանո՞ւմ է պատմամշակութային հուշարձան, այն գտնվո՞ւմ է համայնքային, թե՝ սեփական տարածքում, ո՞ւմ միջոցներով է այն կառուցված, վերականգվելու է վնասված արձանը, թե ՝ ոչ։ Այս եւ այլ հարցերի շուրջ պարզաբանումներ ստանալու համար «Ժողովուրդ օրաթերթը զանգահարեց Իջեւանի քաղաքապետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Հայկ Ղալումյանին, սակայն նա չպատասխանեց մեր հեռախոսազանգերին։
Նշենք, որ Հայկ Ղալումյանը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հարսանիքի քավորն է, նա Փաշինյանին կողմից Իջեւան համայնքի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար է նշանակվել 2019թ․սեպտեմբերի 12-ին, երբ Իջեւան համայնքի ղեկավար Վարդան Ղալումանը հրաժարական տվեց:
