Ուրեմն ի՞նչ է պարզվում ժողովուրդ ջան, ինչո՞վ են զբաղված պետական քարոզչամեքենան ու պետական ինստիտուտները: Մինչ այս իշխանություն կոչեցյալ չարիքը Արցախի կեսը հանձնել է, իսկ էն մյուս կեսին տեղյակ էլ չի պահել, թե իրենց տները երբ լքեն, ոնց լքեն, ինչ մեքենաներով լքեն, պետական մարմիններից մեկը՝ շատ բարձր ու հնչեղ անվանմամբ Կոռուպցիայի կանխարգելման պետական հաձնաժողովը, զբաղված է մութ սենյակում սև կատու փնտրելով:
Գործող իշխանություն կոչեցյալի մունետիկ այս կառույցը երկնել է մի փաստաթուղթ՝ համաձայն որի Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի պատգամավորական մանդատը անհամատեղելի է նրա գործունեության հետ: Մեկն էլ կմտածի տեսնես էս ինչ է եղել, բոլորն էլ գիտեն, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, լինելով խոշոր սեփականատեր, իր բիզնեսը շատ վաղուց օրենքի պահանջով հանձնել է հավատարմագրային կառավարման:
Ուրեմն ինչու՞մն է խնդիրը: Պարզվում է՝ երբ իրավապահ մարմինները կալանավորեցին Մուլտի Գրուպի տնօրենին, և հետագայում էլ երկարաձգեցին այդ կալանքը, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը ստիպված է եղել մասնակցել ընդհանուր ժողովի և, ուշադրություն, ընդամենը նշանակել նոր կառավարիչ: Հիմա էս կառույցը ասում ա, թե իրավունք չունեիր մասնակցել ժողովին: Դուք կասեք՝ բա ոնց իր բիզնեսի կառավարիչ նշանակեր, եթե գործող տնօրենին ձերբակալել են: Այո, դուք տրամաբանական հարց կտաք, բա եթե մարդը իրավունք չունի անձամբ կառավարել բիզնեսը, իսկ կառավարիչին դուք կալանավորել եք, բա էլ ո՞նց նոր կառավարիչ նշանակի: Պետական կառույցի պատասխանը կլինի մեկը՝ չգիտենք, մենք մենակ լուռ ու մունջ պատվեր ենք կատարում:
Սա աբսուրդի թատրոն է, խեղկատակության հերթական արար: Երկրում տիրող բարձիթողի, թափթված վիճակը, այդ թվում և իրավական դաշտում, շարունակվում է:
