Փաստաբան Էմին Խաչատրյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Երեկ Կոռուպցիայի կանխարգելման հանձնաժողովը հրապարակեց եզրակացություն, որում հայտնում էր Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի կողմից անհամատեղելիության կանոնների խախտման վերաբերյալ: Հանձնաժողովը գտնում է, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը խախտել է Հանրային ծառայության մասին օրենքի 31-րդ հոդվածի 6-րդ մասի 1-ին և 4-րդ կետերի պահանջները:
Հանձնաժողովի հարցադրումների առնչությամբ կցանկանայի հանդես գալ մի շարք առարկություններով.
Նախ՝ Կոռուպցիայի Կանխարգելման հանձնաժողովն ինքն է խախտում թույլ տվել՝ Պատգամավորից պարզաբանումներ չպահանջելով վերոհիշյալ հարցադրումների վերաբերյալ: Մինչդեռ եթե հարուցված վարույթի շրջանակներում Հանձնաժողովն էական է համարել այդ հարցադրումների պատասխանները, ապա պարտավոր էր դրանց պատասխաններն ակնկալել Պատգամավորից:
Ինչպես նաև, հավատարմագրային կառավարչի հանձնակատար նշանակելու գործընթացն սկսվել է այն պահից, երբ գիտակցել են գործող հավատարմագրային կառավարչին կալանքի տակ պահելու շարունակականության փաստը:
Եվ, ևս մեկ էական հանգամանք, Պատգամավորը չի մասնակցել հիմնադիր ժողովի, մասնակցել է արտահերթ ընդհանուր ժողովի: Մասնակցությունն էլ պայմանավորված է եղել այն հանգամանքով, որ նման իրավիճակում արտահերթ ժողովներին Պատգամավորի մասնակցությունը եղել է այն միակ միջոցը, որը կարող էր ընկերությունների բնականոն գործունեությունը զերծ պահել ձախողումներից:

Քանի որ մեր մանրակրկիտ առարկությունները և պատճառաբանությունները ծավալուն են, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում դրանք առանձի կներկայացվեն նաև Ազգային ժողով, և հնարավոր է՝ նույնիսկ Սահմանադրական դատարան:
