«Փաստ». 44 օր տևած պատերազմը զրոյացրեց և անիմաստ դարձրեց Ապրիլյան պատերազմի հանգամանքներն ուսումնասիրող քննիչ հանձնաժողովի գոյությունը

«Փաստ» թերթը գրում է, թե իր տեղեկություններով՝ «ՀՀ-ում տիրող ներքաղաքական տուրբուլենտ իրավիճակի արդյունքում օրվա իշխանություններն ամբողջությամբ ցայտնոտի մեջ են։ Կարծիք կա, որ գործ ունենք փլուզվող «շինության» հետ:

Այս խուճապային իրավիճակն իր ազդեցությունն է ունեցել նաև Ապրիլյան պատերազմի հանգամանքներն ուսումնասիրող քննիչ հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքների վրա, քանի որ հանձնաժողովը, որը ստեղծվել էր նախկին իշխանությունների գլխին հարվածող մահակի ֆունկցիա կատարելու համար, և մինչ պատերազմը «ճոխ-ճոխ» հայտարարություններով էր հանդես գալիս՝ անընդհատ շահարկելով տարածքային կորուստների, մոտ 20 դիրքի կորստի, մարդկային զոհերի և այլ թերացումների մասին, ներկայումս բախվել է լրիվ այլ իրողության։

Բանն այն է, որ 44 օր տևած պատերազմը զրոյացրեց այդ ողջ գործընթացը՝ անիմաստ դարձնելով այդ հանձնաժողովի գոյության իմաստն ընդհանրապես։ «Հենց ստեղծման օրվանից էլ ակնհայտ էր, որ քննիչ հանձնաժողովը բացառապես քաղաքական գործառույթներ ունեցող կառույց է, իսկ վերջին պատերազմում արձանագրված խայտառակ կորուստները՝ թե՛ տարծքային, թե՛ մարդկային, որոնց պատասխանատուն օրվա իշխանությունն է, հանձնաժողովն ամբողջությամբ փակուղու առաջ է կանգնեցրել, և ներկայումս հանձնաժողովը փաստացի չգիտի, թե քայլերի ինչ հաջորդականություն իրականացնի և հանրությանն ինչպես մատուցի իր այդքան ամիսների թեզերը»,- մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց թեմային իրապես տիրապետող փորձագետներից մեկը, որը ցանկացավ անհայտ մնալ։

Թերթի տեղեկություններով՝ այս հարցում լուրջ փակուղու առջև են նաև հանձնաժողովի անդամները և անձամբ հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը, քանի որ այն, ինչ պետք է գրեին Սերժ Սարգսյանի դեպքում և փորձեին «բոչկա գլորել», այդ ամենն ուղղվեց իրենց դեմ, ընդ որում՝ այս դեպքում փաստացի, առանց «սարքելու»»։
