Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը երրորդ հայտարարությունն է այսօրվա ընթացքում տարածել՝ կապված ԱԺ պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի մի շարք արտահայտությունների հետ.

Նոյեմբերի 16-ին, Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցի ընթացքում ԱԺ պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը դիտարկումներ է հնչեցրել` կապված Հայաստսնի կողմից ձեռք բերված ՍՈւ 30-ՍՄ ինքնաթիռների` Արցախի դեմ Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած պատերազմի ընթացքում կիրառության հետ: Ընդ որում, պարոն Քոչարյանն իր խոսքը կառուցել է ակնհայտ հեգնական տոնայնությամբ, մասնավորապես «հիշեցնելով», որ պաշտպանության նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը «նկարվում էր, նստում էր» ՍՈւ-երը:

Հարկ ենք համարում ընդգծել, որ հնչեցված հայտարարության բովանդակությունն ու տոնայնությունն ինքնին  հարիր չէ պետական բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյային: Մյուս կողմից, հիշատակված ինքնաթիռների Հայաստանում դիմավորման հանդիսավոր արարողությունն անցկացվել է հանրապետության վարչապետի գլխավորությամբ:

Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է վերջին ռազմական գործողությունների ընթացքում ինքնաթիռների կիրառությանը, ապա պարոն Քոչարյանը պետական այն պաշտոնյան չէ, որի դիրքը հրամանատարական ուղղահայացում իրավունք կընձեռեր զեկույցներ ակնկալել` ՍՈւ-երը կիրառվել են, թե՞ ոչ, մարտական խնդիր կատարել են, թե՞ ոչ, քանի՞ թռիչք է դրանցով իրականացվել և այլ հարցադրումների վերաբերյալ: Վստահեցնում ենք, որ բոլոր այն պաշտոնյաները, ովքեր ի պաշտոնե պետք է ստանան այդ զեկույցները, մանրամասնորեն տեղեկացված են այս հարցերի պատասխանների վերաբերյալ:
