ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության հայտարարությունը.

Այսօր, նոյեմբերի 16-ին, Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցի ընթացքում ՀՀ ԱԺ պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը «անհասկանալի համազգեստ» և «ձնկորսի համազգեստ» է որակել ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի կրած համազգեստը, որով վերջինը ներկայացել էր խորհրդարան։ Պետական բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյային ոչ հարիր այս պահվածքը, բացարձակ անընդունելի լինելուց բացի, նաև հետևանք է Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի մոտ պաշտպանական ոլորտին վերաբերող գիտելիքների ճչացող պակասի։

Պաշտպանության նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը նոյեմբերի 16-ին խորհրդարան է ներկայացել համազգեստով, որի ձևն ու կրման կանոնները սահմանված են ՀՀ ՊՆ 24.12.2019թ. 1694 հրամանով։ Այսինքն՝ դա ոչ միայն «անհասկանալի» համազգեստ չէ, այլև բոլոր անհրաժեշտ ընթացակարգերով հաստատված է պաշտպանական գերատեսչության կողմից և սահմանված են դրա կրման կանոնները՝ բոլոր մանրուքներով։ Ու եթե ԱԺ պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահը, գոնե ի պաշտոնե, փորձեր հետաքրքրվել խնդրով, ապա կտեղեկացվեր, որ այդ համազգեստը շուրջ մեկ տարի է՝ ինչ կրում են ՊՆ քաղաքացիական ծառայողները։ Այսինքն՝ պարոն Քոչարյանը, «ձկնորսի համազգեստ» արտահայտությամբ, փաստացի, վիրավորել է պաշտպանության նախարարության համակարգի մի քանի հարյուր քաղաքացիական ծառայողի, ովքեր ամեն օր պատվով կրում են այդ համազգեստը։

Ակնկալում ենք, որ պետական բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյան բավարար խոհեմություն ու քաջություն կունենա և ներողություն կխնդրի երկրի պաշտպանական գերատեսչության բոլոր այն աշխատակիցներից, որոնք, իր բնորոշմամբ՝ «ձկնորսի համազգեստ» են կրում։
