ՌԴ ՊՆ-ն Ստեփանակերտում հումանիտար հարցերով արձագանքման միջգերատեսչական կենտրոն է ձևավորում

ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը սկսել է Ստեփանակերտում Հումանիտար հարցերով արձագանքման միջգերատեսչական կենտրոնի կազմավորման աշխատանքները: ТАСС գործակալության փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին կիրակի հայտնել են Ռուսաստանի պաշտպանության կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնից:

«Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության պաշտպանության նախարար, բանակի գեներալ Սերգեյ Շոյգուի հրամանագրով ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում խաղաղության հաստատմանն ուղղված հավելյալ միջոցառումների մասին» հրամանի իրականացման շրջանակներում ՌԴ ՊՆ-ն անցել է Ստեփանակերտում Հումանիտար հարցերով արձագանքման միջգերատեսչական կենտրոնի կազմավորմանը»,- ասվում է կենտրոնի հաղորդագրության մեջ:

Կենտրոնից մասնավորեցրել են, որ Միջգերատեսչական կենտրոնի կազմավորումը լիարժեք մասշտաբով ավարտին կհասցվի մինչև 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 20-ը: Այդ օրվանից էլ կենտրոնը կսկսի կատարել իր առաջ դրված առաջադրանքները:

Ռուսական կենտրոնից հայտնել են նաև, որ ռուս խաղաղապահներն ուղեկցում են Լաչինի միջանցքով անցնող 19 ավտոբուսներին, որոնք տեղափոխում են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ վերադարձող փախստականներին:

Գերատեսչությունից հավելել են, որ նոյեմբերի 14-ից Ստեփանակերտում արդեն գործում է օպերատիվ խումբ, որն ապահովում է փախստականների վերադարձի անվտանգությունը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ:
