«Իրանի դեմ պատերազմն սկսվում է». Նաիրի Հոխիկյան

Միջէթնիկ հակամարտությունների փորձագետ Նաիրի Հոխիկյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է. «Իրանի դեմ պատերազմն սկսվում է․․.
Պատերազմի ամենածանր օրերին Հայաստանի հարավային հարևան Իրանը սահմանին կենտրոնացրեց իր զինանոցի մեծ մասը։ Մենք ոգևորվեցինք, թե ուզում են օգնել մեզ, իսկ իրականում իրանցիներն իրենց էին փորձում օգնել։ Նոյեմբերի 9-ից հետո Ադրբեջանում տեղակայված ահաբեկիչներն ստացան այլ հանձնարարություն՝ մտնել Իրան և անկայունություն հրահրել։ Հենց այդ մասին էի գրել նոյեմբերի 10-ին՝ նշելով․ «Հաջորդը Իրանի պարտությունն է․․․»։
2021թ․ հունվարի 20-ին ԱՄՆ-ում իշխանությունը կանցնի դեմոկրատների ձեռքը։ Ամերիկագետները լավ գիտեն դեմոկրատների գլոբալ ռազմավարությունը։ Որքան էլ խոսի խաղաղությունից ու համագործակցությունից, Ջո Բայդենը կլինի Իրանի դեմ պատերազմի առաջամարտիկը՝ Իսրայելի դեմքով։ Ահաբեկիչները հենց այնպես չեն տեղակայվել Արցախի հարավում։ Նրանց համար որպես բազա է ընտրվել Ջրականը (Ջաբրայիլ)։ Ավելի քան 5000 ահաբեկիչների ընտանիքներին այս օրերին աստիճանաբար Սիրիայից տեղափոխում են այնտեղ։ Առաջիկա 1-2 ամիսների ընթացքում լարվածությունը պահելու համար կլինեն սահմանային բախումներ ահաբեկիչների ու իրանցի զինվորականների միջև։ Արդեն 1 դեպք կա։
2021թ․ հունվարի 20-ից հետո վստահաբար շեշտակի կլարվեն Իրանի և Իսրայելի հարաբերությունները, օրերի ընթացքում ահաբեկիչները կներթափանցեն Իրանի հյուսիսային շրջաններ, կսկսվեն լայնածավալ քաղաքացիական բախումներ ու ահաբեկչական հարձակումներ։ Իրանը, իհարկե, ունի հզոր պաշտպանական ռազմական համակարգեր, բայց Իրանի հյուսիսային շրջաններում բնակվող մոտ 20 մլն թյուրքախոս իրանցիները կդառնան միջոց ներքին անկայունության համար։
Անկայուն Իրանում իր զորքը կփորձի տեղակայել Թուրքիան, Ադրբեջանը կձգտի ստանալ իր պատառը, իսկ ԱՄՆ-ն ամեն ինչ կանի՝ տիրանալու Իրանի անսահման ռեսուրսներին։ Իրաքից, Սիրիայից, Լիբիայից հետո հերթն Իրանինն է։ Կարծում եմ՝ Հայաստանը պետք է արագորեն զինվի՝ դիմագրավելու տարածաշրջանային խոշոր մարտահրավերներին ու նաև ազատագրելու Արցախի գրավյալ տարածքները»։
